Pokémon
2ALL Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴

duzz tem praticidade
duzz tem facilidade
duzz domina cidade
duzz tem voracidade

cadê meu isqueiro?
take a fire!
capturando the money (demônios)
dominando headfone!

jogo game tipo pokemon
ouvem meu som tipo ""pô que bom""

vejo mcs tipo digimon
tão digitais, são jequiti eu tô tipo avon

sempre avonts
fazendo pontes
nos horizontes
secando fontes

rajadão de F pra cima desses pela saco
pique Spi pq hoje o pai tá chato

só papapa nesses emocionado
prefiro odiado do que ovacionado

Overall Meaning

In the song "Pokemon" by 2ALL, the lyrics convey a sense of confidence and dominance. The artist claims to possess practicality, ease, and voracity, as well as the ability to conquer cities. The line "cadê meu isqueiro?" (where is my lighter?) and the phrase "take a fire!" suggest a desire to ignite something, symbolizing their ambition and determination. The lyrics "capturando the money" (capturing the money) indicate a focus on success and financial gain. The artist also mentions dominating the headphones, implying that their music is powerful and captivating.

The artist then compares themselves to the popular game "Pokemon" and their music to the phrase "pô que bom" (so good). This comparison highlights their confidence and the belief that their music is exceptional. The mention of "mcs tipo digimon" (mcs like Digimon) suggests that other artists are less authentic or genuine, contrasting with the artist's own style. The line "tão digitais, são jequiti eu tô tipo avon" further emphasizes the artist's uniqueness and originality, as they liken themselves to two popular brands, suggesting that they stand out from the digital crowd.

The second part of the song explores the artist's attitude towards critics and praise. They express a preference for being disliked (odiado) rather than being praised (ovacionado). This suggests that they value their own artistic integrity and authenticity above seeking approval from others. The artist asserts their presence and power through lines like "rajadão de F pra cima desses pela saco" (a burst of F on top of these pain-in-the-neck people) and "pique Spi pq hoje o pai tá chato" (like Spike today, the father is in a bad mood). These lines further emphasize their dominance and assertiveness.

Just hearing all these cries again makes me miss Pokestar Studios as a whole. It was a fun concept for a little side quest in a generation that knew what it was doing to make them feel alive

Yeah, I honestly feel kinda bad for the people who’ve only played the newer Pokémon games and weren’t able to experience something like this

BeetleR6

Some of these would honestly be awesome actual designs ngl

Enanan

my favourite Pokémon, black belt

LPFan

F-00 especially should honestly just become obtainable eventually. Both its forms already have shinycolors and it seems to have stayed a fanfavorite over the years. It's not even like it would be impossible logically, considering they already made the multiverse-concept canon, at which point the sky is not even a limit anymore.

A lot of them remind me of EarthBound enemies

@LPFan and a Steel that doesn't get phased by Ghost types? Yes please.

zjzr08

@LPFan I mean why not just make F-00 an artificial Pokemon instead just like Porygon.
