Born in the Bronx in New York City, NY, he moved to the South when he was 11, first to Florida and then to Atlanta. Regarding his stage name, he told Complex: “645 is for the building I grew up in in The Bronx. Jackson Ave, 645. The AR is for my government name, which I can’t tell you.”
He is known for his “squeaking” style of rap music, in which he uses a high and squeaky pitch in his delivery. This is most notably documented on his biggest hit to date, “4 Da Trap.” He says this style was discovered while messing around in a studio session in 2018.
He started his rap career in 2017, and has released 17 projects since then, while the squeaking delivery is only seen in his recent work.

My youngin' buckin', he might serve me in the Scatpack
He don't know she got a boyfriend, she ain't gettin' that
Can't put no trust in a bitch, just like a life hack (can't trust these bitches)
She might not call back, but the racks call back
And my niggas, well you best believe that they spinning that

Like a carjack, keep some shooters to the store, we winning that, yeah

In the opening verse of 645AR's song Dirty Money, he speaks about the greed and hunger that can drive people to do desperate things. He mentions the phrase "pop goes the weasel," which is typically associated with the sound of a jack-in-the-box toy. However, the phrase also has a darker meaning, as it was once used as slang for murder or assassination. He warns listeners that they are not immune to the temptation of quick wealth and that they may do things they regret in pursuit of it. He advises caution with those who try to act as obstacles to achieving that wealth.
The rest of the lyrics in the song speak to 645AR's personal experience with getting rich through illegal means. He feels no attachment to rap as a craft, only valuing the money he makes from it. He brags about the vast amount of cash he has and the ways he spends it. He is also wary of those around him, particularly women who he believes are only interested in his money. Despite this, he is confident in his own abilities and success, feeling pride in the fact that he has overcome the odds to make it to where he is.
The song Dirty Money is a reflection of the modern concept of "get rich or die trying". It speaks to the desperation of people living in poverty who feel that they have no other means of escaping their situation than by making fast money. The lyrics show the dangers of this mentality, such as violence, betrayal, and mistrust, while also highlighting the powerful lure of financial success.
