If we want to get smart about comprehension it is clear your comment implies it's all biological women. when their comment "not all women have periods" has two meanings and you didn't pick up on the second or you wouldn't have needed to reply in the first place. don't get so worked up over a youtube comment informing you. It's okay to make mistakes :)

When I first watched her videos i was very judgmental. I was in a bad place mentaly and couldn't understand why she was so open to life. Still, I continued to watch her videos because there was something magnetic about her energy, expression and looks. After watching a few more videos I undersrtood that my resistence towards her was all about my own insecurities and fears about life, past and future. Now, when I see her happiness I can feel it to, and after watching her videos instead of feeling the resistment towards life I feel joy.

I’m literally in the middle of my cycle right now 😭 I’m currently in recovery for ED too which makes it even harder because I have so many cravings when I’m on my period. It’s 2am now and I’m eating peanut butter toasts and telling myself it’s okay to eat at night although my brain doesn’t believe it 🙂

I just started my cycle today so it's just perfect timing for this video from you to pop up! The past few days leading up to my cycle I have been really enjoying doing slower, and deeper yoga practices. I have trouble with letting myself just rest and take it easy on my body because I had an obsession with exercise and always thinking I have to sweat buckets and kill myself in order for it to be "good". Now I'm learning to be more in tune with my body, especially during this time where I really do need to look after myself both physically and emotionally. I would too, my relationships with women don't feel natural and fizzle out unless I'm doing all the interacting. Women seem either threatened by me or uninterested in my interests and thoughts. So now I only really talk to one and she doesn't even hang out with me in person, she's more like a pen pal.

I just finished my cycle, but there were so many moments of awakening in me from this video. When you spoke about how we've been conditioned to think negatively of our cycles, that's so REAL!!! I've experienced so much pain during my cycles that I fear it (but I'm working on breaking that). Ugh I’m so emotional now. Watching you just reconnects me back to myself, because I find myself holding back on my spiritual expression soo much, for fear of judgment. 2 months ago was the first time ever in my 9 years of bleeding that I truly TRULY connected to my womb, and it’s changed EVERYTHING. So, resonating with you also prompted my teary eyes. No one around me finds their moon time as a sacred, ritualistic event, so I feel so empowered and heard and seen as I watch this video.

Thank you for this video! My cycle has been wacky since I started to take birth control for my endometriosis and my period started again yesterday after finishing a week ago. Not going to lie, I wasn't pumped to the see the red stain and then experiencing the cramps, but I'm si greatful to have found this video cause it inspired me to just take this time to be extra gentle and loving towards myself and I will try to do this every time I get my period now🥰

This is what I try to be when I'm bleeding. I'm a transman and for a long time my cycle has felt as something that was wrong and not mine. But now i realize it's a blessing to have the organs needed to carry new life ( even if i don't want kids myself) and such a sacred experience. Unfortunately i have a few hormone deficencies and my cycle is a time of pain, sickness, nausea and so much fatigue, that i'll lay in bed trying not to throw up the first 2 days. But in mind and Spirit i'm trying to allow myself to experience that too and take it in as a process.
