For me LALALAND is about saying goodbye. At the end, Mia accepts that she couldn't have Sebastian and her career at the same time, so she just looks at him and accepts they are going on different paths. The fact that Maple passed away makes this video sad, but also very poethic. You and her are going on different paths. Like Mia and Sebastian. But I know...somewhere there's a Seb's where you will both meet.

I’m back here after hearing Maple passed away. I can feel my chest getting heavy as I type this. I grew up watching this channel and I always loved seeing Trench and Maple be by each others’ sides. It breaks my heart knowing that she’s gone now, and I can’t even imagine the pain Trench is going through now. But if anything brings me comfort, it’s knowing that I get to come back to videos like this and be happy knowing that she existed, as well as knowing that she will always be present in the memories we have of her. Sorry if this seems like rambling, it’s just such a massive hit to the heart that I didn’t expect to be feeling. We love you Maple <3
