Forget that you don't
Just forget it
Forget that you're afraid
Forget that you are, don't plan it
Forget that you're alone
Everyone's alone, think about it
And it's alright
I know it ain't easy, but that's life
You don't have to worry, it's alright
We're all in the dark, looking for the light, that light
So, don't you worry
Forget that you can't love
Forget that you can't
Just forget it
Forget the reasons why
Forget the reasons, can you do that'
Forget that you are lost
Everyone gets lost in the journey
And it's all right
I know it ain't easy, but that's life
You don't have to worry, it's alright
We're all in the dark, looking for the light, that light
So, baby, don't you worry
Stop
Take a look around you
Just stop
Maybe it'll be better, if you calm down
It's alright, it's alright
It's alright
I know it ain't easy but that's life
You don't have to worry, it's alright
We're all dark looking for the light, that light
So you don't have to worry, it's alright
It's no big deal, it's just life
And you don't have to worry, it's alright
We're all in the dark, we're all in the dark
Looking for the light
Forget that you can't love
Forget that you don't have
Forget that you can't love
Forget the reasons why
Forget that you can't
Forget that you can't love
Oh, it's alright
We're all in the dark looking for the light
Looking for the light, it's alright, it's alright
It's no big deal, it's just life
The song "It's Alright" by Adam Cohen talks about the need to forget about one's insecurities and fears and just go on with life. The lines "Forget that you're afraid, forget that you're alone" mean that you don't have to worry about things that are beyond your control. Life is not easy, and everyone goes through different journeys, gets lost, and seeks the light at the end of the tunnel. The lyrics suggest that it's important to take a break, stop, and look around to see if there's a better way to handle situations.
The song also talks about forgetting the reasons why you can't love or do something. This means that you need to forget the limitations that you've placed on yourself and believe that you can do whatever you set your mind to. The lines "Forget the reasons, can you do that? Forget that you are lost, Everyone gets lost in the journey" imply that it's natural to be lost and not have all the answers. Accepting this fact can help one move forward and eventually find the light at the end of the tunnel.
Overall, the song encourages listeners to let go of their fears and doubts, take life as it comes, and remain hopeful for a better tomorrow. The message is universal, relatable, and timeless, making it a popular song even today.
