Aeroilis' first work was independently released in 2004 and titled Aeroilis. The work received regular attention from the public and caught the attention of the record label Bompastor, which re-released the work the following year under a 3-year contract. The second work was Nada Mais Além (2010), which was more piano and keyboard-driven compared to the previous work. After performing shows and presentations throughout Brazil from 2010 to 2012, the band decided to end its activities in early 2013. In 2019, the band resumed activity as a trio.
During its career, the band has shown influences from several post-Britpop and 1990s British rock bands, such as Travis, Manic Street Preachers, Radiohead, Keane, and Muse, as well as American bands such as Switchfoot and Jars of Clay. The two albums of the group have gained a cult aspect and are commonly cited in religious lists of best albums.

Procurando me guiar
In Aeroilis's song "O Tempo," the lyrics describe the unpredictability and fleeting nature of time. The first lines state that time disguises itself and surpasses all plans, causing dreams to crumble in an instant. The second verse likens time to wind blowing over a house built on sand, unable to stand firm. The chorus then shifts to the singer finding solace in their loved one's hands and voice, despite the uncertainty of time.
The song's vivid imagery and use of metaphor convey the fragility of life and the importance of holding onto what truly matters. Time is shown as a force beyond human control, leaving no room for second chances or regrets. In response, the singer turns to their loved one for grounding and support, relying on their guidance to navigate the uncertain path ahead.
Overall, "O Tempo" is a poignant reminder to cherish the present moment and hold onto those who bring meaning to our lives, even when time is not on our side.

Aeroilis é a Banda que surgiu e foi embora nos deixando só na saudade e com aquele desejo de quero mais e com o sentimento de que pena que acabou. Com certeza teriam estourado e hoje seriam uma das grandes Bandas gospel desse país.
