Two kids from Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico can confirm the possibility of dreams coming to life.
Poncho and Andrés started out playing in garage partys and small venus, influenced by such bands as Maná, Blink 182, Green Day, Dave Mathews Band, Pink Floyd, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Mötley Crüe, Aerosmith, and many others.
After almost 10 years, and giving a band a rest for 4 years (while they studied music at Berklee College of Music in Boston) they have successfully recorded their first professional album titled "Al Fondo a la Derecha".
They are currently promoting their album and recently started being an opening act band for "Enanitos Verdes", "Los Claxons", "La Firma" and have a few other possibilities.
They have shared the stage with Panda, Claxons, Enanitos Verdes, La Firma, Alexander Acha, Reik, Jesse&Joy, Gama, Daniel Dayz, Reyli, Kalimba, Dulce Maria, etc. in front of 17,000 souls.
AFD are a hearted rock n roll band mixing latin rock with blues, pop and samba. Singing themes of love and political situations in Mexico this band is ready to make their stand and impress you. From hard riffs and very creative guitar solos to melodic voice harmonies and musical ambience, this guys will take you on a train ride to the other side.
