Ain't no mountain high
Ain't no vally low
Ain't no river wide enough, baby
If you need me, call me
No matter where you are
No matter how far
I'll be there in a hurry
You don't have to worry
'Cause baby,
There ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no valley low enough
Ain't no river wide enough
To keep me from getting to you
Remember the day
I set you free
I told you
You could always count on me
From that day on I made a vow
I'll be there when you want me
Some way,some how
'Cause baby,
There ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no valley low enough
Ain't no river wide enough
To keep me from getting to you
No wind, no rain
My love is alive
Way down in my heart
Although we are miles apart
If you ever need a helping hand
I'll be there on the double
As fast as I can
Don't you know that
There ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no valley low enough
Ain't no river wide enough
To keep me from getting to you
Don't you know that
There ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no valley low enough
Ain't no river wide enough
Andrew Strong's "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" is a song about the power of love and how it can overcome any obstacle. The lyrics talk about how no matter how difficult the journey may be, the singer will always be there to support and guide their partner. The metaphor of a mountain high, a valley low, and a river wide enough represent the challenges that the couple may face along the way, but the singer reassures that nothing will keep them from being together.
In the first stanza, the singer urges their partner to call them whenever they need help, no matter where they are. They promise that they will be there to offer support and ease any worries. The chorus emphasizes the point that there are no barriers that can prevent them from being together. The second stanza goes on to highlight the promise that the singer made to their partner after they broke up, promising to always be there for them. They reinforce this promise in the last stanza, reaffirming that their love is strong and will never falter.
Overall, "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" is an uplifting song about the power of love and perseverance. It reassures the listener that no matter what life may throw their way, there is always someone who will be there for them.
