21:03 - Second OFficer says witness didnt not see Brian hit Gabby, he did lock her out of the van, gabby begin clawing her way in to the driver side, brian placed gabbys backpack outside the van.
21:59 - Second Officer states he believe Gabby is the agressors and they have to be separated.
23:41 - Second Officer states they cannot treat this different than if it was male on female agression and they are going to have to charge Gabby.
25:10 Second Officer explains to Brian that the state legislator will not allow they to provide a warning and that both Gabby and the witness have stated Gabby was the agressor and that she was striking him. Law says they have to separate them.
25:55 Second officer admits to Brian that he does not want to take this "small 22 year old" referring to Gabby, to jail. That he knows Brian could defend himself.
26:01 - Second Officer asks Brian if they have a friend in town or somewhere they can stay.
Brian replies asking second officer if he could take Gabby's place in jail. Second Officer denies request stating they don't have a charge for Brian.

The park was closed. The parents were under constant surveillance by the media. The parents didn't have body parts of Brian to sneak to the scene. The Laundrie's didn't even find the remains or the backpack, the police did.

If you look at the guy he seems to have some neurological deficit.....The left side of his head seems flattened , his face is grossly asymmetric and his left leg is seriously off and dragging. Has he been in an accident or damaged from birth ? I see why parents would want to protect a damaged child, however he may end up to be a serial killer and that protection should end, for the sake of innocent people, getting murdered. Yes these police are inept, and you know why- its because the Supreme Court has said no one with an IQ 100 or higher can be a police officer. Its true; look it up. There are groups on facebook where the smart ppl who want to be police literally coach each other on how to do poorly on the tests. Literally prospective officers who have been denied again and again, for scoring too high on the IQ tests, trying every time to score lower- but its not easy to fake an IQ test. This is why. Isn't it odd that the parents would know the exact place to find Brian's car. When I was young, my parents never had a key to my car. Why ,after finding a note on his car, would they just leave him stranded in the wilderness without a way to get out? This smells of a cover up. The parents are going to end up in jail too.

I never saw images of the car parked at the hiking area. We’re going by what the parents said that the cops left a note on the car, but I don’t even know what that means. So cops leave notes? And if a cops DID leave a note, why did the parents decide to leave it overnight then? And also from that point, why did they wait another almost two days to report him missing. To buy him more time…

@Ashleigh Mackenzie Hi 👋 Ashleigh ! Most of what you hear from the media in the US is biased . Many people go missing in the US for many reasons. National Parks are notorious for such cases. At this point nobody knows what happened . There was a lot more that is not being told about the case due to it being under investigation. There was a mans body found by Gabbys , and a couple found dead in their tent in the same camp where they stayed. A fourth body was supposedly found to add to the mix. It sure doesn’t look good for Brian at this point , but there is more to the story. He can be innocent for all we know. He hasn’t been charged with her murder or is even a suspect , just someone who they want to question. I believe there is a reason for that ! I could totally be wrong but I just don’t think we should crucify someone without solid evidence. I hope all is going good in Scotland , things are falling apart here in the US!

@Tommy Devine The officers had poor judgement. FBI domestic homicide and John Walsh of America’s Most Wanted and anyone else that has studied domestic abuse would recognize Brian was the abuser. He is chatty, smiling and fist bumping with the officers. He had scratches on his face, hand and neck because she was fighting in self defence. There was a witness that called 911 and reported to dispatcher that he saw Brian slap and another witness hit her. Women who are killed or attacked they collect DNA under nails. There were other witnesses in a restaurant that witnessed Brian going crazy losing it. Gabby was crying and apologizing to staff and everyone. That is battered wife syndrome.

@Luis Azpurua It's not that the FBI "fell" for anything. They are actually required by law (to an extent) to follow up on reporting a missing person. The Laundries did this on purpose yes and they need to be charged with obstruction. Brian is not missing. He is on the run. And his parents made up the "car" story to add plausibility to their claim. AND they at this point likely know what Brian did to Gabby.

Lol I think you've done all you can bud. Some people are just... blind and or completely ignorant of the law. And they refuse to open their eyes, or actually stop and think about it for a sec. If they used their brain, they would understand why the law is the way it is and that these specific laws are actually there to protect US. Protect us from the police, so they can't just do whatever they want when they want, guilty or not.
That aside, common sense would tell you that, if they believe he's guilty, they didn't want to arrest him too early and chance him getting away with it. Due to lack of evidence. As we all SHOULD know, we have the "right to a speedy trial" which means, after they arrest him, they only have so much time to gather evidence and take him to court. And if he is found innocent, due to lack of evidence, which almost certainly would have happened. We have the right not to be subjected to "double Jeopardy" which means, you can't go to court for the same crime twice.

I hope this helps some of the people, who don't understand why the police did everything they did, the way they did.

Why did the parents take the car 🤔. That speaks volumes. Either they were afraid the police would tow it after a few days b/c it was "abandoned" and then they could process it for evidence w/o his permission or the other possibility is that they knew he was long gone, or never there and wouldn't be coming back for it. @Christine Thieman technically he still had time, even if he did fly home, he actually didn't leave to empty his storage unit until the day before (the 17th), crystal and kylen's bodies were found (the 18th) and the day after they disappeared (the 16th) - which lines up to be way more sketchy. He left right after the same day they disappeared, the same day he was in Moab, only 9 minutes walking distance from their last known location. Then he flies all the way back to florida to empty his storage unit the very next day- not to mention it was before the moab sheriff stated that they didn't seem to be connected, then once its all out of the air he flies on back like nothing even happened. If him flying all the way back to florida the day after they went missing and the day before their bodies were found isnt enough to even consider theyre connected, I dont know what is. Besides the key tag found with the logo of a rock climbing gym called North Summit Rock Climbing Gym in Pennsylvania, located only about 3 hours from his old highschool- knowing he's an avid rock climber and even worked at a rock climbing gym at one point (I haven't fact checked that but I don't exactly doubt it). Overall, suspicious as hell. I've spent hours looking into it and having the flight log confirm he had a lot of time to murder them just makes me so uneasy. Makes sense he would crawl back home after doing something like that- considering he did it when gabby disappeared too.

I hope for this young men to be found …I fear police will find him dead. He was in love with Gaby and if their fight got out of hand he might try kill himself.
