His unique technique, speed and finger dexterity is amazing. Some of these techniques involve ~ 12 string harmonic finger tapping (!), acoustic slapping, upside down finger pickin’ blues, he even plays guitar with his dreads~! After a successful 2008 East and West Coast tour/travel of Australia, A.J has landed in Victoria to spend 2009 touring/playing festival gigs and recording a new CD. All of Anthony's songs have been self recorded in his home built studio. Currently 24 years of age, he has one self recorded EP to his name, however his passion lies in performing live and when on stage the true meaning of his music comes alive. As a songwriter, Anthony's music extends beyond the boundaries of set genres. He produces, from the first note, an intensive atmosphere filled with overwhelming melodies from the soul. Meaningful lyrics. Technically stunning. Anthony has performed countless gigs and appeared at numerous festivals including the Byron Bay Bluesfest, Melbourne City's Sustainable Living Festival, Splendour in the Grass (Byron Bay) Port Fairy Folk Festival, Queenscliff Music Festival, as well as charity festivals such as Little Buckly Festival, and The One Day Out festival. His Live act is quickly becoming widely respected throughout Australia. His passion is music, his pride is guitar, and with a growing fan base, Anthony is definately an up and coming local artist worth hearing.

The ones with the low pro edge trem is even better. It rips! Sustain has nothing to do with the wood. It's probably 95 % pickups, and the rest, or most of the rest the nut and bridge. Maybe 1 % has something to do with the wood. No such thing as tone wood. Good video.
@anthonygeorgeguitar
Thanks for watching man! Big love to a fellow S player! 🤘🏻🔥🎸👊🏻

@@anthonygeorgeguitar absolutely. Thanks for sharing kind sir and regards from Indiana ( midwest) USA.

Sustain is about max tension and consistency as far as the actual guitar. That is why Les Pauls have huge sustain, it’s the arc of the strings which results in aggressive break angles on the nut and bring. This means strings are tight hence string vibrates longer. If guitarist were not so superstitious and actually read some physics they would not be deceived so easily. The rest is pickups.

In my RG60ALMS you can feel the notes resonate through the entire body and neck, and the fishmen fluent pickups do pick up that resonation. So the kind of wood does help with resonation 100%. I build acoustics, have never tried an electric though. Maybe I should try this summer
@bluwng
@@musicman0423 do you know how pickups work.? Look it up then think about what you said
@CayenneTravels
I have an S Prestige, too. I've had it for about 5 years and it's one of the most amazing sounding, playing and looking instruments I've ever played.
@anthonygeorgeguitar
Well clearly I totally agree! Ha! Thanks for watching dude! 🤘🏻🔥🎸
