Lingle was asked in a December 20, 2008 radio interview now posted on YouTube had she seen the birth record she replied, “No, I don’t have access to his birth certificate.” Rendering anything she says about the matter at worst, second hand information and not admissible in a court of law or at best solely her opinion. Disclosing information contained in vital statistics is unlawful. Therefore any Hawaii official that has disclosed any information contained the Obama or Soetoro (whatever his name is) BC has unlawfully done so, which gives that information less credence not more. However there is new information that at least since 1991 Barry Hussein Soetoro himself claimed to be born in Kenya, Africa as disclosed by Breitbart

Lingle doesn't know what she's talking about. You can't confirm second hand information that's idiotic! How have nothing, your remarks are without merit, but of current you would have to be logical to realize that. And if any government official disclosed any information about the BC that violates law.
