1) Billie Paul… Read Full Bio ↴There are at least two artists using the name Billie:
1) Billie Paul Piper (born Leanne Paul Piper on 22 September 1982) Billie Piper is an English actress. She began her career as a pop singer in her teens, but is now best known for portraying Rose Tyler, companion to the Doctor in the television series Doctor Who until mid 2008. Her role in Doctor Who has made her a household name in the United Kingdom.
Piper's first break in the entertainment world came as a teenager, when she was selected to appear on the Saturday morning kids' television show Scratchy & Co. Piper later landed a role in a television commercial promoting the pop magazine Smash Hits. Her role was to run up to the camera, blow a bubblegum bubble and shout "Pop!" Soon after she was offered a record deal at the age of fifteen, and in 1998 became the youngest artist ever to debut at number one in the UK singles chart with "Because We Want To", released under the artist name "Billie". Her follow-up single "Girlfriend" also debuted at Number One, and her first album, Honey to the B (released immediately afterwards) debuted at Number 14 in the UK album charts. She released two further singles off the album, "She Wants You" and "Honey to the Bee"; both songs debuted at Number 3.
Piper then took a year off to record her second album. She decided to release further records under her full name, Billie Piper. She returned to the Singles Chart in May 2000 with a new, sexier sound. She hit the Number 1 spot with "Day & Night", but her success wasn't to continue. She waited until the following September to release "Something Deep Inside". That reached Number 4 in the UK Singles Chart. In October 2000, Piper released her second album, Walk of Life, which reached Number 14 in the UK Album Chart. The song "Walk of Life", the final single off this album, was released in December 2000 and reached Number 25 in the UK Singles Chart. This proved to be Piper's last musical release, a low-key exit from the world of pop.
In 1999, Piper was nominated for two Brit Awards and was named Best Female Star at the Smash Hits Poll Winners' party, although at the latter ceremony she was reduced to tears after being viciously booed by jealous fans of Ritchie Neville, member of boyband Five, whom she was dating at the time.
2) Billie is a french singer from Lyon. She recorded her first album "Le baiser" in 2014.
Nobody's Business
Billie Lyrics

Or nothing I can say
That folks don't criticize me
But I'm going to do
Just as I want to anyway
And don't care just what people say
If I should take a notion
Ain't nobody's business if I do
If I go to church on Sunday
Then cabaret all day Monday
Ain't nobody's business if I do
If my man ain't got no money
And I say take all of mine, honey
Ain't nobody's business if I do
If I give him my last nickel
And it leaves me in a pickle
Ain't nobody's business if I do
Well, I'd rather my man would hit me
Than follow him to jump up and quit me
Ain't nobody's business if I do
I swear, I won't call no copper
If I'm beat up by my papa
Ain't nobody's business if I do
Nobody's business
Ain't nobody's business
Nobody's business if I do
The lyrics to Billie Holiday's song 'Tain't Nobody's Business If I Do' are a testament to independence and individuality in the face of criticism and societal norms. The singer acknowledges the criticisms and judgments that may come their way for their actions and decisions, but declares that they will continue to do what they want regardless. The repetition of "ain't nobody's business" throughout the song emphasizes the singer's determination to live their life on their own terms.
The first verse sets the stage for the rest of the song, as the singer asserts that they will not be deterred by the criticisms of others. In the succeeding verses, the singer gives examples of situations in which they may be judged, such as jumping into the ocean on a whim or going to church one day and a cabaret the next. However, they maintain that their actions are their own and that nobody else's opinions matter.
The final verses speak to the singer's loyalty to their partner, even if it means enduring physical abuse, as well as their unwillingness to involve law enforcement in their familial problems. Through these lyrics, Billie Holiday delivered a message of personal autonomy and rebellion against societal norms, inspiring many who feel marginalized or held back by societal expectations.

There ain't nothing I can do
I am powerless to stop people from criticizing me
Or nothing I can say
No matter what I say, people will still criticize me
That folks don't criticize me
People criticize me all the time
But I'm going to do
Despite this, I will still do what I want
Just as I want to anyway
I will act according to my own desires
And don't care just what people say
I am indifferent to people's opinions of me
If I should take a notion
If I decide to do something spontaneously
To jump into the ocean
Like jumping into the ocean
Ain't nobody's business if I do
No one has the right to tell me what to do
If I go to church on Sunday
If I attend church on Sunday
Then cabaret all day Monday
And then go to a club all day Monday
Ain't nobody's business if I do
It's not anyone's concern if I change my behavior
If my man ain't got no money
If my partner is broke
And I say take all of mine, honey
And I offer to give him all my money
Ain't nobody's business if I do
It's not up to anyone else to decide how I should manage my finances
If I give him my last nickel
If I give him all the money I have left
And it leaves me in a pickle
Even if it puts me in a tough situation
Ain't nobody's business if I do
It's still my decision to make
Well, I'd rather my man would hit me
I would prefer my partner to hit me
Than follow him to jump up and quit me
Than to lose him and be abandoned
Ain't nobody's business if I do
It's still no one else's business
I swear, I won't call no copper
I promise not to call the police
If I'm beat up by my papa
Even if I am physically assaulted by my father
Ain't nobody's business if I do
It's not up to anyone else to decide what I should do in this situation
Nobody's business
It's not anyone's concern
Ain't nobody's business
No one else has the authority to dictate my actions
Nobody's business if I do
I have the right to make my own decisions

This was created specifically for the Paradise Garage and it's members. This record is the prefect example of a song that was considered sacred and cherished every time it was played by Levan.
Larry would work this song differently every time I heard it.
That was his gift, he always played songs the way he wanted you to hear it.
