Blue Daisy's first major exposure as a musician came in 2009, through his debut track, entitled "Space Ex", which featured French singer LaNote and was named 'Best New Track' on Pitchfork.com. He released his debut album, "The Sunday Gift" in September 2011 to favourable reviews from Resident Advisor and Pitchfork Media. His mixes have been featured in Fact (UK magazine) and Dazed & Confused (magazine).

always comparing or labeling music into a genre isn't necessairy, it's all 'bout feelin' the music. this album is just a great trip from beginning till end. prob even one of my fav albums in 2011. the arform "album" is so underestemated. blue daisy did it.

i've always personally taken the 'post-anything' label to signify something that has taken inspiration from the source but progressed and was not defined by the source. 'post-dubstep' doesn't so much mean 'after dubstep went away' so much as 'inspired by dubstep'.
