Harrison Za… Read Full Bio ↴This is the story of a lifetime lived for the love of music.
Harrison Zafrin was born in Brooklyn, New York and spent many of his formative years in the New York City suburb of New Rochelle. As a teen, Harrison loved hip-hop and rap. Drawing inspiration from artists including Eminem, Atmosphere, and many others, he began recording beats and raps in a self-constructed basement studio at the age of 14. As he matured, Harrison’s taste broadened and his music began to reflect the distinctive style of the artists who would leave an indelible influence on his life and art; most influential of all was Nine Inch Nails.
Frustrated by the cookie-cutter nature of the popular music industry, Harrison formed Bombs and Bottles in 2009 while enrolled in college at Binghamton University. With Bombs and Bottles, Harrison provides a more sophisticated and complex alternative pop music experience to what has seemingly become an inartistic industry of parody.
Working with friends and fellow musicians, most notably vocalist Arlen Wiener, Harrison began to write, produce, and record tracks for Bombs and Bottles in late 2009. The band’s first singles, Playing Hard and Money, became instant hits on college campuses where they would be played during Harrison’s DJ sets. The band’s first EP, GammaMax, will be released on April 23rd and features Playing Hard, Money and the previously unreleased tracks Bad Intentions and HeartBeats.
Bombs and Bottles is currently enjoying a measurable growth in exposure and popularity daily on college campuses across the country. This is due in large part to Harrison’s recruitment as a DJ for college parties in multiple states as well as an unprecedented word or mouth campaign; a true testament to the demand that exists for artfully crafted pop, electro, and dance music. A full album, Pop and Roll, is expected to be released by the beginning of summer 2010.
When the Lights Go Out
Bombs and Bottles Lyrics

It's on your face, I can read girls
Don't crawl away, you know I want it
Take off that dress, and throw it on the chair
Come here, and put your body on the table
Come here, and give me everything I played for
I'll give you in the dark
Lose Yourself
Lose Yourself
Lose Yourself
Lose Yourself
Tear up the place, no shame in fucking
It's just a mess, we'll clean tomorrow
Submit to me, i'll take you higher
Bite on the sheets, I need you to
Come here, and put your head into the pillow
Come here, and i'ma give it to you mental
And everything you want
I'll give you in the dark
Lose Yourself
Lose Yourself
Lose Yourself
Lose Yourself
The lyrics of Bombs and Bottles's song When The Lights Go Out are quite explicit and suggestive. The song speaks to a sexual relationship where the singer and his partner indulge in carnal pleasures without any inhibitions or hesitation. The opening lines of the song suggest that the singer's partner's body language reveals that she is interested in the singer's advances, and she needs no convincing to indulge in a sexual relationship. The singer urges his partner to let go of any reservations and surrender herself to him entirely.
In the next few lines, the singer urges his partner to let her guard down completely and give in to her primal desires. He emphasizes that their sexual relationship would be a secret affair where they could be themselves without any judgment or societal pressure. The chorus of the song, which repeats the phrase "Lose Yourself," further emphasizes the theme of surrendering oneself to the moment and relinquishing control.
The song is an expression of raw sexuality that transcends the need for emotional attachment. The lyrics urge the listener to embrace their physical desires without any reservations and indulge in their sexual fantasies. The song highlights the importance of exploring one's sexual desires without any guilt, shame, or fear of judgment.
