Crimer was born and raised in Balgach and lived there until 2017. He started his musical career in a church choir. As a teenager, he founded the band The Axxess and later the band BrefSunAjax . He worked in an advertising agency and did community service. Today he lives in Zurich.
His solo career started under the name Batman. When the company DC Comics threatened a lawsuit, he changed his stage name to Crimer. At the end of April 2017, he released his first EP "Preach" and in 2018 his debut album "Leave Me Baby".
In 2020 he released the single "Eyes Off Me" and in 2021 the singles "Home Alone", "I Want You to Know" and "My Demons".
