Given his first drum set when he was 5 years old Cameron Bedell started making noise and turning heads. At age 6 Bedell and his family moved to Wichita, KS...where he would later make his mark in the music world. Gary Bedell, Camerons father, will be the blame for this young musician talent. Being in a Christian band for over 7 years, "The Turn", Gary has taught Cameron most of his abilities. The rest the say...just came...naturally. In the fall of 2006 when Cameron was a Junior in High School he released his first minor EP entitled "This Is Me"...just to get some listens and get his name recognized a little bit. Over the span of High School Cameron slowly became known for his neo-soul voice and his funky guitar based music. In the middle of all this Bedell focuses all his talents and abilites towards God, the Father, his passion and his inspiration. The Lord is the single most important piece of everything he does, and he makes sure of that. The first year of college (Fall 2007) he release his sophomore album, "FAITH". This was the album that set Bedell straight. Selling over 400 copies to peers and strangers CAmeron became an Icon around the Wichita/Butler area. With tracks like "She's There" and "Change The World" he made a major impact on those around him. Later that year Bedell's song "Change The World" became the Butler Theme song and was featured on all the radio and television commercials. I guess he wasn't playing around when he said...."We can change the world" Now as a sophomore in college Bedell's music has soared to new heights with the release of his 12 song album "breakThrough"...through all great Faith comes a breakThrough...and on the CD it is easy to grasp that single fact. A part of their own Indie record label "ReArRaNgEd Records", Alex Johnson and Cameron Bedell are making their mark.
