They are a mix of talented musicians with a real heart for the music they write, and a passion for spreading their positive message to as many ears as they can reach. When it comes to quality, what you hear from them on cd, is what you get onstage. If you've seen them in concert before, you can be sure that every time you'll get a great performance and sweet beats that will make you want to tap your foot for sure. Taylor Rouse, their band's name inspiration and female lead singer, might be very small but she comes with a big voice, and backed by the rest of the band, they create an awesome and original sound!

Chasing Taylor recently had a half page ad in AP (Alternative Press) Magazine's October issue - Issue #267, promoting their catchy single "It's no secret" and they were also voted into AP magazine's December issue - Issue #269, for "Hometown Heroes" which is a contest based off of fans voting you in. Only 3 bands in the nation are chosen every month to be the "Hometown Hero". The band was also recently featured in a magazine in the Netherlands called "Up Magazine" In stores in Holland and Belgium.

As mentioned before, Taylor Rouse is the heart and soul of the band, a miniature powerhouse with great hair, a huge personality and super dance moves. Jonathan Rouse is the fashionable rhythm guitarist/back ground vocalist, and he and Taylor write most of the music together. Travis Day, AKA "Daytime" is Chasing Taylor's Lead guitarist/background vocalist/everybody's favorite person. He's Mr. Personality and loves to make new friends! Braxton Olds is the drummer who keeps everybody hip and happening, his sick kicks are what make the music flow. And last but not least, their newest and youngest member Tyler Conant slaps that bass like nobody else, and is the last ingredient needed to tie this all together. He's got the talent, he's got the looks, and he's got the heart. These individuals are what make Chasing Taylor run like clockwork, and sound as good as they do.
