I need you where
Every single day and I want you
I want you every single way and
It's love
It's love
It's love
It's lalalala love
It's love
It's love
It's lalalala
And I want you
I want you every single day
And I need you
I need you every single way
And it's love
It's love
It's love
It's lalalala love
It's love
It's love
It's love
It's lalalala love
It's love
It's love
It's love
It's lalalala love
[I always needed this]
[But I never knew how much I wanted it]
Chris Knox's song "It's Love" seems to be a straightforward declaration of affection for someone. The repetition of "I need you" and "I want you" emphasizes the depth of emotion and desire felt by the singer. The repetition of the phrase "It's love" reinforces the theme of the song, suggesting that these feelings are not just surface-level infatuation but are rooted in a deeper connection.
Interestingly, the song's simple structure and repetitive lyrics could also be interpreted as a commentary on the nature of love itself. Love is often characterized by repetition and routine, with partners relying on each other for consistent emotional support and stability. The song's refrain of "It's love" could be seen as a reminder of this fact, suggesting that even when things feel mundane or routine, there is still an underlying sense of love and devotion present.
Overall, "It's Love" is a catchy and heartfelt song that effectively captures the feeling of being in love. The simple lyrics and structure make it an accessible piece of music, while the underlying themes of emotional dependence and routine offer a deeper level of interpretation.
