NEVER FAIL
Da' T.R.U.T.H. Lyrics
Hook:
I know the feelings fade but you never fail, you never fail
It be my own brain when I'm hurting
What the Clark sisters sang at small churches
Is my life in vein? Is it all worth it?
I know you don't prescribe pain without purpose
But I'm getting kinda tired if I can be honest
Waiting for God come and get me be honest
Trouble stacks so tall I can be Giannis
Now I'm not the best of the theologians
But know that I question His methods and not His motives, moments
When I'm second guessing who's side you on
My onus to stop to reflect on my atonement
And realize you own it
You aint never fail
Hook:
I know the feelings fade but you never fail, you never fail
I don't always understand Gods reasons
I just know it's hard to understand him in dry seasons
Guess I got to wrestle with the facts and SOS when I feel trapped
Don't want to hear another song about my season
I just want to lock in to engage wit da weary minds
Dive into the deep where its broken and teary eyes
I just gotta wrestle with the skeptics while I
listen to da questions like all those years of oppression man where was God?
I get it though
If God would fix everything that would make him appealing
But since he can but he doesn't that makes him a villain
Dag I'm in my feelings
Cause I ain't got all the answers but I can't walk away
Hook:
I know the feelings fade but you never fail, you never fail

It be my own brain when I'm hurting

[Greg Cox:]
I know the feeling fades
But you never fail, you never fail
You never fail, oh
I know the feeling fades
But you never fail, you never fail
You never fail, oh
I know the feeling fades
But you never fail, you never fail
You never fail, oh
I know the feeling fades
But you never fail, you never fail
You never fail, oh
[Da' T.R.U.T.H.:]
Yeah
It be my own brain when I’m hurting
What the Clark sisters sang at small churches
Is my life in vein? Is it all worth it?
I know you don’t prescribe pain without purpose
But I’m getting kinda tired if I can be honest
Waiting for God come and get me be honest
Trouble stacks so tall I can be Giannis
Now I’m not the best of the theologians
But know that I question His methods and not His motives, moments
When I’m second guessing who’s side you on
My onus to stop to reflect on my atonement
And realize you own it
You aint never fail
[Greg Cox:]
I know the feeling fades
But you never fail, you never fail
You never fail, oh
I know the feeling fades
But you never fail, you never fail
You never fail, oh
I know the feeling fades
But you never fail, you never fail
You never fail, oh
I know the feeling fades
But you never fail, you never fail
You never fail, oh

Yeah, yeah, yeah
I don't always understand God's reasons
I just know it's hard to understand him in dry seasons
Guess I just gotta wrestle with the facts and SOS when I feel trapped
Don't want to hear another song about my season
I just want to lock in to engage with the weary minds
Dive into the deep, where it's broken and teary-eyes
I just gotta wrestle with the skeptics while I
Listen to the questions
Like all those years of oppression man, where was God
I get it tho
If God would fix everything that would make him appealing
But since he can, but he doesn't that makes him a villain
Dang, I'm in my feelings
'Cause I ain't got all the answers but I can't walk away
Nah
