Their first music video ("Hide And Seek") is a tribute to low-budget, post apocalyptic sci-fi movies of the 80's. Says the band: "Take equal parts 'Mad Max' and 'Stargate'. Produce it somewhere between 'Troll 2' and 'Birdemic'. Ta-da! You've got a fantastic video."
Delorian has released two singles, "Hide And Seek", produced by Måns Lundberg (Håkan Hellström, Deportees, Hurula), and "Talks", a duet featuring Helena Holmberg.
On November 28th 2014 Delorian was the supporting act for Thomas Stenström, at the legendary rock club Pipeline, in Sundsvall.
Friday the 13th (March 2015) marked the date of the band's first extended digital release, "EP. 1", containing five songs. The ep also had a limited release on cassette, containing a remixed version of "Talks" as a bonus track.

Delorian Lyrics

Find out what could be
Trying to fill the purpose
She's living for the bill
Moonchild
Where'd you go at nightime?
Moonchild
She saw electric light
She saw pitchblack skies
He kept on tumbling falling
Falling up and down
He learnt what life copuld give him
The solitute joy could bring
Starchild
Shoots my cyan skyline
Starchild
What can't be seen is blind
She saw electric light
She saw pitchblack skies
Where'd you go at nightime?
Where'd you go at nightime?
She saw electric light
She saw pitchblack sky
She saw electric light
She saw pitchblack sky
The lyrics to Delorian's song Hide and Seek present an enigmatic and somewhat ambiguous narrative that touches on themes of searching, purpose, and the duality of light and darkness. The first lines of the song set the tone for the melancholic and introspective mood that permeates the rest of it: "We will never find out, find out what could be". This lyric speaks to the idea that sometimes we strive for something that is unattainable, and that despite our best efforts, we will never know what could have been if we had chosen a different path.
The second verse delves into the state of mind of a woman who is trying to "fill the purpose" of her life, suggesting a sense of emptiness or lack of direction. She is "living for the bill", which could be interpreted as her chasing financial stability and success at the expense of her own happiness. The repetition of the word "moonchild" creates a dreamlike atmosphere, as if the woman is lost in her own thoughts and longings.
The following verses introduce a male character who seems to be going through a journey of discovery and self-realization. He is "falling up and down", suggesting that he is experiencing highs and lows on his path, but ultimately he is learning that "the solitude joy could bring". The poetic imagery of "shooting cyan skyline" further emphasizes the sense of exploration and wonder that the character is experiencing.
Overall, the lyrics to Hide and Seek leave a lot of room for interpretation, but they evoke a strong emotional response and capture the complexities of the human experience.
