Dirty Loops Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

I didn't want it, I didn't need it
Hard to believe it, but now I'm comin' back for more
I got a feelin', I might be dreamin'
Is this the real thing? And how am I supposed to know?

You and me, were never meant to be
We'll blow up like TNT
I guess we'll have to wait and see

I'm in the headlight
Is this a set up?
'Cause I'm about to pop, yeah I'm about to lose it all

You and me, no it wasn't
Meant to be
Blowin' up like TNT
Whenever we're together
Tears, drama, wait and see, we'll see it through
Fading into something new
Feeling like this way too soon
But all I ever wanna do is get up next to you
'Cause all I ever wanna do is get up next to you.

Live my lone life
Lost the bet for dice
Nothin' I've been livin' for.

You and me, we were never meant to be
Blowin' up like TNT
I guess we have to wait and see.

It's such a fine line
I need to find time
To try to redefine
'Cause I'ma try to have it

You and me, no it wasn't
Meant to be
We're blowin' up like TNT
Girl, when we're together
Tears, drama, wait and see, we'll see it through
Fading to something new
I know it might be way too soon
But all I wanna do is get up next to you
'Cause all I want to do is get up next to you
'Cause all I want to do is get up next to you.

Get up next to you
Only you.

You and me, I know it wasn't
Meant to be
We're blowin' up like TNT
Whenever we're together
Tears, drama, wait and see, we'll see it through
Fading to something new
I know it might be way too soon
But all I want to do is get up next to you
Next to you
'Cause all I want to do is get up next to you

Imma get it right
Imma get it right
Every day and night
I wanna spend my time with you
I'll be by your side
Every day and night
I wanna spend my time with you

You and me were never meant to be
We're blowing up like TNT
Pushing through
Fading to something new
I know it might be way too soon
You and me were never meant to be
We're blowing up like TNT
Pushing through
Fading to something new
I know it might be way too soon
I wanna get up next to
Get up next to
Get up next to you
I wanna get up next to
Get up next to
Get up next to you
You and me were never meant to be
We're blowing up like TNT
Pushing through
Fading to something new
I know it might be way too soon
I wanna get up next to
Get up next to
Get up next to you
I wanna get up next to
Get up next to
Get up next to you, oh

I didn't want it
Didn't need it
Hard to believe it
But now I'm coming back, back for more
Got a feeling
Might be dreaming
Is this the real thing?
And how am I supposed, supposed to know?

And all the right ones and my long life, I'm lost in paradise
I don't think I've been here, here before
Such a fine line
Need to find time
To try to redefine
Cause I'm about to have it all

Wanna get up next to you
Mm I gotta get, get up next to you
Wanna get up next to you
Oh
Wanna get up next to you
Cause all I wanna do (yeah all I wanna do)
Is to get up, (get up, get up) get up next to you

Next to you, Next to you

Get up next to
Get up next to

I wanna get up next to you
Next to you

Henrik is a MASTER BASSIST.
Jonah is a phenomenal singer.
Aron is a fantastic drummer.
This band does not get the recognition they deserve. They should have millions of views.
INCREDIBLE singers, arrangers and of course musicians.

@BeN-bn5yb

@Ed plus their music videos is really just showing them grooving. unlike all the random sexual stuff you see on mainstream music videos

@Rio522Bass

Straight God-mode!

@anthonyharris5135

Amen.

@brunoruiztalamo3692

Henrik and Jonah already are eminences in the music industry. Even without youtube they'd still be famous.

@larsalfredhenrikstahlin8012

It's funny cause like once a year or so when I random stumble upon them (or rather Henrik and Aaron every time I've seen them out randomly every time like 10 times or so) on the subway or somewhere and say something like "hey guys! u rock" on the passing by or asking for a quick photo, they always look at me like "what..?!" as in "wow someone wants my autograph???"
It's so weird. Like they can walk around probably for months in Stockholm without a single autograph request I'm guessing. It's insane they aren't bigger, especially locally here where they are from.
