I don't know why i did wrote this statement, although I know a lot about very early german rap!
Perhaps I still thought the song was released in early 1980.
In 1980 G.L.S. United, a prominent cast group, with Thomas Gottschalk, was the first "band" who covered "Rappers Delight" to "Rappers Deutsch', with other own text. The three prominent moderators have not published more songs.
Now I think Dr. Mich published his song later than G.L.S. United, because the second song of the single was "Das war 1980" ( ="That was 1980").
But before 1979 there were already rap(-like) songs in german, from artist like:
• Kraftwerk
("Die Roboter", "Trans Europa Express", "Autobahn", "Das Model", "Radioaktivität", ...
• Frank Zander
("Nick-Nack-Man" from1973, "Captain Starlight", "Ur-Ur-Enkel von Frankenstein", ...)
•More groups and artists are:
- Drahdiwaberl (Falco was a member until 1983), - Erste Allgemeine Verunsicherung, - Willem, -Ton Steine Scherben, ...

Rubberen Robbie was a band from the Netherlands and sang in dutch, not german. So I didn't understand the language at all, except for a few words like "rechts" and "links".
I think it was their single rap.
I know about this song, but have forgotten the name and band.
