That being said, things were only getting better in the 80's, 90's, and into the 21st century regarding race relations in the US. Thank u guys for the support I went through depression like self harm and stuff like that and it was really severe and now I'm getting help and I'm doing counseling and I'm not there yet but I'm getting there I'm praying for myself and others going through the same thing I now I'm not alone so pray for them to they really need it and the support and just remember be nice you only live once so remember don'tbe embarrassed to show kindness or spread kindness around this town or your town because it's really useful to some people and don't let it embarrass you because just remember even if you are being kind to them you'll probably only seen them once in your lifetime so even if you are embarrassed I'll probably never see you again and you got to remember that because we need to help people out here and our world is in a really bad place right now so we just got to remember that other people are also going through really bad times so spreading kindness can cheer up a day so much you don't even know so please just be out here spreading kindness like these people it's really wonderful if there was a big kindness change in our world and I would really appreciate it
