Since 2004 he brings together different european cultures, chanting in local Zurich-patois, Italian and English. About three years ago he hooked up with the backing band “The Dubby Conquerors” and they haven’t looked back ever since. In 2007 they recorded their first album “beweg di” (make a move) at the Scrucialists OneDrop Studios, which was released in October 2007.
The album's first single “Gib mer meh” received airplay on several national Swiss radio stations and stayed in heavy-rotation for months. The following two singles/videoclips were also heavily promoted on national tv and radio stations.
But the true core of his success is a live show so energetic and fully vibes-loaded, that - no matter where or when - you just can't resists dancing. Since the album release in Oct 2007, Elijah is constantly on tour, not only successfully crossing the language barrier between the French and the German part of Switzerland, but also playing shows all over central Europe.

Around the time I first discovered this song I was doing a research scholarship paper (which meant I was basically doing research for this professor to find more information about the paper she was writing - anyway…)
I was looking for study type music and this song came up which I loved and added it to a playlist.
This was also back in 2017 around the time I was doing the research paper it was during the summer break and my best friend and I had planned a trip to Japan (Tokyo).
During the time that I was doing the research paper I also took a break to go to Japan- anyway… very side-tracked.
When I randomly saw this song recommended to me just now it brought back all those memories, being at university, going on trips, summer-time.
It was awesome.

Yesterday I was listening to this song and I felt pretty bad, told myself "something bads gonna happen tomorrow"
Today I broke up with my girlfriend and Ive been listening on repeat for over 3 hours now.
