F. Massif Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

We’re just getting nowhere
Waiting to fall
There must be somebody somewhere
Oh somewhere
The weather’s bad enough
Here comes a storm
You’re just someone somewhere
Somewhere
Wait!
You’ll never see a way out now
How come nobody told you?
Wait!
We’ll never get away
You’re just someone somewhere
Waiting to fall apart
Somebody, somewhere
Waiting somewhere
The news has been sad enough
We come for more
Just somebody somewhere
Nowhere
Wait!
You’ll never see a way out now
How come nobody told you?
Wait!
We got lost on our way home
How come nobody told you?
Wait!
You’ll never see a way out now
How come nobody told you?

Wait!
We might just get away

Overall Meaning

These lyrics describe someone who feels lost and stuck in life, waiting for something to happen. They believe that somewhere out there, there must be someone who can help them find their way. However, they also mention that the weather is bad and a storm is coming, which could potentially make their situation worse.

The repetition of the line "You're just someone somewhere" could be interpreted as a feeling of insignificance or anonymity. The person may be struggling to find their place in the world and feel like they're just another face in the crowd. They acknowledge that they're "waiting to fall apart" and are in need of help.

The chorus repeats the lines "Wait! You'll never see a way out now, how come nobody told you?" which could suggest that the person is feeling hopeless and doesn't see a way out of their situation. They may also feel like they've been left in the dark, without any guidance or support.

Overall, these lyrics convey a sense of desperation and a need for help and guidance in a difficult situation.

Do you want me?

Like I want you? (x3)

Do you want me?

Like I want you?

And you want to

Be my mistress

I will tell you

Where to go to

Don't you worry

There's no witness (x4)

REAL PROPER EFFIN TRANCE... 3:06 is when "it" was kicking the hardest at Ferry Corsten concert in 2004 The Level of COMPLEXITY, which is lacking soooo much in Today's Trance music

Da Wizz

I think it's somewhat the other way around. It was relatively simple back in the days, but in that simplicity producers like Ferry Corsten and M.I.K.E. perfectly balanced and aligned everything in their tracks. Also, back in the days they formed the market so they created all sorts of stuff that was just awesome instead of caring too much about the reception. In these days they also played a lot of Techno/Techtrance in their livesets. Nowadays it must be good for a huge crowd, which makes it a new form of pop music. It's industrialized for a big part, so there's a lot less creativity as they just use efficient workflows and shadow producers to get something there that sounds great for a couple of weeks.
