You confront your inner self and reflect on your state of affairs

Then you face the enemy
You confront the opponent - be it physical, emotional or psychological

Then you face the enemy inside
You encounter the adversary within yourself - your fears, doubts, and insecurities

Don't surrender or lose hope, despite the challenges and setbacks

Be cautious and watchful, not to get caught in a difficult or precarious situation

On and on, cause the road is never ending
The journey of life continuous without stopping, and we must keep moving forward

At least we know that we are on our way
Despite the obstacles and hardships, we are making progress towards achieving our goals

On and on, no more lies and no pretending
We must continue progressing truthfully, with no room for deceit and hypocrisy

Eventually, everything will work out for the better and brighter days are ahead

Take a break and pause momentarily, to reassess your position and be prepared for what's to come

It's easy to escape when you are feeling fine
When things are going well, it's easy to avoid dealing with the problems and challenges

But don't give up the fight
Don't abandon the struggle and the effort to overcome the difficulties

And try to be prepared when you don't feel alright
Be ready and equipped, even when things are not going well, to push through the situation
