Ambition's left its mark, I know you've fallen apart.
Do you know about, the patient?
Oh I doubt you really even care to know.
You do not really care to know. You do not really care to know.
Well listen to a song about.
I won't let you forget.
We will never forget.
The lyrics of The Patient by Finechina discuss the concept of brokenness and how it affects people. The song talks about those who have experienced failure and disappointment in their ambitions and have fallen apart emotionally. The singer encourages the weak souls to believe that they are not alone and they should take heart. The line "ambition's left its mark" is an indication that the struggle for success has left a lasting impact on these individuals. Despite their struggles, the song reminds them that they are not alone and that others are feeling the same way.
Moreover, the song makes reference to "the patient," which is a metaphor for someone who is dealing with emotional pain or depression. The singer acknowledges that others may not understand the situation or may not care to know, but they are singing about it regardless. The repetition of the phrase "you do not really care to know" drives this point home. The singer then promises to never forget about the person going through a hard time.
Overall, The Patient is a powerful song that addresses the importance of empathy for those who are struggling. The lyrics offer hope to those who might be feeling alone in their struggles and encourages them to remember that they are not alone.
