There are a number of great songs in this musical but this is my favorite.

I always wondered if Don Franks did his own singing in this movie but after looking at some videos of his early career it was clear that he was a very good singer and clearly that was him in the film. He and Petula Clarke were great together on screen.

I had a huge crush on Don franks the first time I saw this movie with my family.

I remember the first time I saw this musical with my family.
It was the summer of 1992. My mother and father had to go away for a weekend and my grandmother came to stay with me my brother and sisters.
My mom rented this movie from the local library for us to watch that weekend. I remember falling in love with the music.
