The only one I really noticed was the episode where they pretended to be kyoshi warriors. I love these kind of videos cuz they show me how much extra detail they add in this masterpiece

There’s a video I watched taking about each individual characters musical score and how it evolves throughout the series to grow with the charterers and it’s just absolutely brilliant and you can see it first hand here! The show really used every possible chance to help the audience understand and digest each of the characters simple yet complex plot. The beauty of a show that was made for us for us as children but only got better as we aged and we’re more able to appreciate the details this show so carefully presented to its audience.

I could never figure out how she was so terrifying as a kid but now that you point it out, I think it might be that there's barely any difference between how the show handles her when she's winning, loosing, playing, or fighting. It always has that same sound effect and that same feel

Best use of the Tritone to date!! People who don’t pay attention/ don’t know what a tritone is wouldn’t know why there feeling so unsettled whenever azulas on screen, but these two little dings that are consistently a tritone apart PERFECTLY and simplistically do their job at immediately unnerving the audience whenever she comes on screen I love it!!

I just realised that while Azula's theme is this Chime, Ozai's theme is a constant chime, basically this on repeat. It really makes you feel scared for whoever else is in the room with him no matter who they are 😂😂😂

Am I the only one who finds azula intricate? Like we haven't gone deep into her history to see what made her become what she is now. I just feel like all she wanted was her mother's love thats why she congested so much hate. Along with her father using her, all she was, was a tool and was rejected. Her mother tried but it wasn't enough :[ and all these pieces are rip shit.

The Azula sound is known as a tritone. Throughout history, the tritone was known as the "devil's chord" and wasn't often in music unless it was to show that a character in a play/opera was evil. I thought it was interesting how this was coined as azula's sound because it shows she's one of the most evil people in the show!

Let me add though that by "evil" i am just talking about this history of the tritone. Azula being evil also can mean she's misguided, struggling, etc. She is more than just the "evil character."

@inafridge it does not. it's just diminished, which is not the same as a tritone. so it uses minor 3rd intervals, each 4 half steps apart whereas a tritone interval is 3 whole steps.
