Matt got his first breakthrough in the start of 2007 when he got in touch with Sidney Samson, which started to play his tracks regularly and later signed him to his own label Samsobeats. Since then he’s releasing EP’s regularly on Samsobeats as well as he’s doing remix work for labels like G-Rex and Spinnin. So be sure to notice him, it’s definitely a name for the future.
He's now running the label Fjordin in collaboration with dutch producer/dj Gregor Salto.

@Shade__Ro You clearly haven't listened to lots of Funkin Matt or EDM then. He really hasn't ever had a particular style, he just makes each song sound like what he wants it to sound like, regardless of what his last song sounded like or what's popular at the time. And if you compare Funkin Matt to somebody like David Guetta or Martin Garrix who make very mainstream and generic music that always follows a specific formula you'll see that Funkin Matt really doesn't make his music to suit whatever is popular or what the labels want, and that he makes his music his own unique way. Also stupid people clearly don't get likes, considering the fact that you after a year have no likes on your comment.
