Okay it annoys me that he hasn’t thought of a way to fix his situation. I could solve it easily.

1. Automate the chariot so the day and night cycle is solved
2. Chase after that persistent demon and mortally wound him so that he would take years or even decades to recover or simply keep bombarding him until he dies
3. Live in Egypt and be happy.

I’ve been got another solution

1. Ask your two sons to take turns controlling the chariot and beating back the demon.

And this goes to a much more important message: even if an angel exists in the form of Apophis, he is still inferior to Yahweh, just like the other gods. And only Yahweh alone— the uncaused cause, the maker of the human soul, the reason all men are created equal —only He alone can fulfill the heart of man.

For when told to free the slaves, Pharaoh hardened his own heart; but in the desert, God promised His covenant people “I will take out your heart of stone and replace it with a heart of flesh”.

Let this message not suck out life’s mysterious for you; but instead energize them with greater purpose :)

Weird thing is that Ive read comments from people who genuinely couldn't understand what this movie was trying to communicate with its version of the earth and the sun.

In this universe, the earth is flat, and the boat of creation drags the sun across the sky night after night. All this in tandem with Ra's fight with Apophis.

Incomprehensibly hard to figure out, of course.

In this movie the gods aren't the elements themselves, they only rule over them, that is, Ra isn't the literal sun, he carries the sun with his ship.

Of course, in Egyptian believes, Nut was the sky, and Ra was the sun.

@Dexuz Ra was also an all-god, well at least Amen-Ra “the hidden one” who is everywhere and nowhere at the same time. He was the supreme god of all in Egyptian religion. Ra was more than a sun god he was also the creator god who has always existed for eternity then manifested himself into reality to create everything. Ra is also older than YHWH historically wise, the Egyptian religion came hundreds of thousands of years before there was any mention of YHWH. Yahweh was originally part of a pantheon of gods in Israel with the other gods being El, Asherah, Astarte, Marduk, Chemosh, Dagon and Baal. Yahweh was son of the supreme Israeli god known simply as El. Didn’t your Bible teach you this? Or do they not want you to know basic historical knowledge?

@Indoril Rementer Not at all, you're thinking on Atlas lifting a globe (which is innaccurate, as he lifts the sky).

It is true that ancient Greek astronomers developed one of the first if not the first models for a round Earth, but that was centuries after the first Greeks came up with their mythology and their gods, which, again, depict a flat Earth.

Since Ra is already warring against Apophis, that should be Sobek fighting against Horus and Ra, not Set. Set sided with Ra when Apophis came into being, Apophis being Taweret. I truly hate this film because the chronology of the story is all effed up! Sobek is Osiris reborn, Osiris being Re and Apophis being The Eye of Re who fights against Ra for having usurped Re. Hathor died and was reborn as Taweret who became Apophis. Horus married Nephthys and Horus became Ra whilst Nephthys became Mut. Horus had Nephthys possess Set to kill Osiris, Nephthys being Horus The Younger (an extension of the original Horus) and Horus The Elder made false accusations that weren't necessarily true because Nephthys is The Being Named Kali who is Kaliya Naag who was born female by impregnating Isis with himself because Isis and Osiris are two aspects of one being whom both are Ma'at, Nephthys/Horus being his own sister-wife to his original self whom both switched between in and out of roles.
Kaliya Naag is pure evil. Nephthys was born originally with the name Seshat.
Sobek is Lord Varuna who is Poseidon, Lord Varuna is Lord Shiva who is Ishtaran and Typhon. Taweret is Aphrodite who is Amphitrite. Poseidon once ruled both the seas and the underworld before Hades took the underworld away from him. Hades is Ares who is both Nergal and Marduk who are Ra.

The movie was really good and the storyline especially. Every character has an important part to play and gets a good amount of screen time to build character quite quickly. This movie is less than 2 hours and they managed to do all that quite well for that time slot.

Funny no one makes this complaint when a Greek god is black (Percy Jackson).
But believe it or not, pale skin was the ideal, since it meant you were inside most of the time, while more tanned skin reflected being outside too long like a dirty peasant.
Also, what even is an ancient Egyptian accent in English? Should we base this off a modern Coptic speaker’s accent?
These common complaints about skin and accent really aren’t thought through by most people, are they?

So it is very clear that in the narrative of the 5 Books of Moses and the Bible, the gods of other faiths are real entities, probably fallen angels or even Nephilim.

Speaking of the Nephilim, in Norse myths, the race of the Jotun, ice giants, was almost erased after Odin delivered a mortal blow on Ymir, father of the Jotun, and the blood coming out of his wound drowned all his children, other than two, a male and a female that repopulated their race.

This is not only similar to the Flood, but also to the fact that most if not all of the giants likely drowned in the Flood, as they did with Ymir's blood.

@Celestial Hylos well maybe not! I mean the god of war! When atlas Hold the world then they was in the elysium (a heaven like spirit world) so maybe that flat earth what he holding it was symbolic but equal with the greekland! You forget god of war just increased their universe! Maybe the gods created just one-one land! (Except the primordias who created the universe) in the ascension there is prims and (not sure) but i remember when they fought then they created planets (ball shaped things)

What amazed me in this besides the sun chariot of ra when u see the flat earth scene if you notice there was two sides so if Egypt was on one side what was on the other side of earth hahaha sorry it's just my eyes seen something that my mind was interested in knowing but I get it's a movie but wow got me thinking of what was on the otherside of the earth
