I used to be part of 80's dance culture. I couldn't dance but somehow this was tolerated. Great place to meet girls, lol.

The "Night Break" was one of the few places in San Francisco I enjoyed. I was not a fan of "The City" as you were only allowed to call it then, never 'Frisco.' The Night Break was an exception.

Night Break was only a dance club. There was always an Angel in there alone, playing video games which I found a bit odd. Maybe he loved video games. Dude was very mild and pleasant. I'm not a shrink but he seemed to see the club as a more normal outlet, maybe, for his energies.

In '86, the Angels roared down Santa Cruz Ave in Los Gatos, California. Golden era, golden city. I'd say they took pleasure in being a bit frightening but never bugged anyone. One dude came up to me and asked if there were any good bars in Town (there were several great ones!) and I said yeah the Black Watch. A few went in there, drank the famous Kamikaze drinks, which at the time were practically free and incredibly intoxicating. They got bombed along with we 'civilians' and there wasn't any trouble - despite an absolute boatload of hot chicks. But hot women was such a commonplace in California that I guess there was no need to go over the edge.

Again, like the dude in San Francisco - it could be pure coincidence - they seemed kind of - curious at how civilians lived.

Bonus - when I lived on Fremont Ave in Seattle in '88, Greek dudes opened a bar and they said the Angels you'd se at times, eventually left as Fremont was ruined through gentrification and because after gentrification, no one was interested in them. I can't confirm this though I did see Angels on that street. Whether Seattle even had an Angels chapter in '88, who knows. Could have come from elsewhere.

Whatever- I APPLAUD them if they took offense to gentrification in one of the few truly pleasant, unpretentious districts in Seattle!

You see when I was growing up the Hell Angles was my role models,my Mentors.
They always came by my mom house all the time. When my mom was alive she was also a member to them and was treated like one of the guy's. She fought Men and Women toe to toe.
My mom ask me which way I would like the fight to be in without even knowing was my Jump in to them.
At the age of 12 year's old. I had my Jump in to them in unarmed combat for 1 hour and 30 minutes and at the end of the fight. I knee the member to his face. Then he used brass knuckles in trying to destory my right arm and was unable to even hit to my face with brass knuckles over 4 time's.
I just laughing at his punch since I was so wasted on cocaine.
The gang life only lasted for 10 months long. I was part of their 2nd cricle in heavy stuff that they didn't want the public knowing or having any knowledge on their true self at all.
I was also been Target many times from the Creeps and the Bloods and they both gotten very tried of sending their newbies after me. Even over half newbies they sent and failed in doing it. They also lost their own life.
When I was also trying to getting younger kids from the age of 12, 13, 14,15 year's old to leave the gang life before it was too late for them.
They gotten to them first and made them disappear for good without any Trace of their where bouts at all. Cause they went to the pig's. While other's back to their parents to putting their child in the group. Most of them was runaway from me

What do you think of the Hells Angels?

Back in the day. NorCal early 60s. My brother-in-law use to design bikes with the HAs.
He could enter them in bike shows. The HAs we're not allowed to enter bikes.๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฒ

I have an answer. I was abducted, drugged and went missing when I was four years old in LA. The Hell's Angels rounded up every member in the area and they actually located me, brought a police officer and thanks to the club... I am alive today. When I see an Angel in person, I make certain to relate that story to them... without fail. Sure, bad reputation but they rescued me... someone with no association. They will ALWAYS do anything to protect a child.

@akejohansson2860

They are like the rest of us. Some very bad, some very good.

@@xamzax did your mommy tell you that...lol

There are good and bad in all of society. They've always been kind and decent to me. I never judge a book by its cover.

A man walked into a bar frequented by Hells Angels. A prospect took the opportunity to show how tough he was and started picking on him. Everyone else just watched as the prospect took the man's beer, drank most of it and poured the rest over the man's head. The man just got up and left. The prospect was full of himself yelling, " Asshole aint got no guts ! ". Barman says, " He caint drive fer shit neither. He just ran over all yer motorsickles with his 18 wheeler. "

@slabcitybaking2304

This really happened you know. It was 3 bikers but the old man literally left and ran over their bikes

@slabcitybaking2304

@Harry Wang yes. I wanna say it was a Mr Ballen story if my memory serves correct. But yes, the harassed old man quite literally ran over their bikes on his way out amd left them with no way to chase him
