Last night I was dreaming, dreamed about the H-bomb
I had a dream last night about a hypothetical explosion of a nuclear bomb

Well, the bomb went off and I was caught
In my dream, the bomb exploded and I was in the vicinity when it happened

I was the only man on the ground
As far as I could tell, I was the only surviving human in the area

In this desolate town, there were only thirteen surviving women and me

I cannot stress enough how few people were left in this place

And as funny as it may be
While this should be strange, I found myself in a bizarre situation

The one and only man in town was me
I was the sole surviving male and therefore had a unique position in this situation

This was the reality of my dream; a world where there were only thirteen women and me

I had two girls every morning
Every morning, two of the women would bring me breakfast

Seeing that I was well fed
These women made sure that I had enough to eat

And believe you me, one sweetened my tea
One of the women even added sugar to my tea

While another one buttered my bread
Another one spread butter on my bread

Two girls gave me my money
I received money from two of the women

Two girls made me my clothes
Two of the women would make me new clothes when I needed them

And another sweet thing, bought me a diamond ring
One of the women even bought me a very expensive diamond ring

About forty carats I suppose
The diamond ring that I received from one of the women was very big and valuable

Well, thirteen women and only one man in town
I must reiterate that there were only thirteen women and me in this place

It was something I can't forget
This dream left a deep impression on me

Because I think of those thirteen women yet
To this day, I still think about those women and what happened in that dream

I had three girls dancing the mambo
Some of the women were good dancers and would dance for me

Three girls balling the jack
Others were good at playing games and would play ball games with me

And all of the rest really did their best
The other women also tried to make my stay there as pleasant as possible

Boy, they sure were a lively pack
All the women were very lively and full of energy

I thought I was in heaven
I felt like I was in a wonderful, dreamlike place

And all of these angels were mine
I felt like I was surrounded by beautiful, kind women who looked after me

But I woke up and ended the dream
Unfortunately, I had to wake up and leave this dream world

'Cause I had to get to work on time
I had responsibilities and obligations that I had to fulfill in the real world

No, I can't tell you where I've been
It's difficult to explain where I've been in my dream, as it was a surreal experience

'Cause I kind of think that someday I'll go back again
Despite the oddness of this dream, I have a feeling that I might go back to that place again in another dream

To those thirteen women and me the only man around
If I ever dream about that place again, I know I'll see those same thirteen women and be the only man around
