The easy way to talk about Holler, Wild Rose, would be to simply list the influences that are at times inescapable. John Moloskie's wide ranging vocals invite instant comparisons to Thom Yorke, or even Jeff Buckley. Musically, they'll have you thinking back to early recordings by Radiohead, The Verve, or even The Shins at times. Granted, that's a lot of life changing artists in one paragraph, especially for a young band out of Jersey who just released their debut record.
But beyond exact influences, Holler, Wild Rose! know how to organize their collective sound (brought forth by Ryan Smyth [drums/percussion], Ryan Cheresnick [guitars], Scott Vangenderen [bass], Mike Ortega [keys/guitars/vocals] and Lou D'Elia [guitars]) into compelling music that defies easy categorization. Space rock? Gregorian odes coupled to ambient time travel? Holler, Wild Rose!'s debut, Our Little Hymnal, sets the clock for the heart of the sunrise, blasting their prayers into deep space.

Scalp Problem: 1-2 days after a scalp shampoo its itchy & dry, no flakes but just dry. Only shampoos give me full relief.
Herbs: ? Eucalyptus & sage?
More info: low porosity. I only used products from your Amazon list.
Routine: I shampoo with Giovanni tea tree Or cantu root rinse. That day I use nothing else cuz scalp feels good.
Day 2 or 3 here comes the itch so I try hot oil treatment ( black seed oil, abyssinian oil, or rose water.) But Scalp is still itchy until i do another shampoo. Help?

Me and my mom changed our hair routine bc of you. I'm high porosity and she's low porosity. Our hair is sooo much healthier now

I watch , and listen to you. You have changed my hair life. I saw an Ethiopian lady on youtube called Queen of sheba. She uses a mixture of heavy whipped creame and water mixed in a blender. Two drops of Rosemary oil optional. It mixed, and turns into a thick butter. She puts it on her scalp and hair fir six hours. Rinse after six hours. This is what Ethiopians have been doing for longer than I've been alive. Is this safe?
