Hopefully niggas don’t approach me wit no weird shit like I need a verse
Same niggas on the gram dying of thirst

Hook:
Tryn get us all better
We been through hard weather
I dealt wit all pressures
Me n the judge be both know 4 letters
I’m screamin crip they gimme life
Tryna trap they give give me time damn
Think that’s the wrong letters
You screamin gang they give you life
You try and trap they give you time damn
They got us all set up

Verse:
I could never sell my soul for a dollar
I would never flip the script for no bitch
I would never feed the mouth of a snitch
I would never turn my back on my niggaz
I ain’t goin bac to slingin no bricks
Who knew rap could do this
I was a victim of that vicious cycle
COs they want you to come bacc they watch you get recycled
Music business or the streets it had me indecisive shit
I love this money but the love the people give is priceless
I watch the sunrise in LA it gave me different views
Im in a different mood different dreams get pursued
Seen my circle shrinking by the day some niggas get removed these bitches get it to know they here to pick and choose
Still we want em round us
Know I got a family but still we want em round us
They was lost in this game of life was hoping that they found us
Fuck it pour a 8 let’s hope it drown us
Fuck it take from the box let’s roll a pound up
Fuck it let’s drop a album fuck the town up
Fuck it
Young hungry nigga snatching his plate
I hope it’s money coming after the hate
Hopefully niggas don’t approach me with no weird shit like I need a verse same niggas on the gram dying of thirst real shit
Know I ain’t tryna have a co-de when it’s time to get work they be the same ones to point at you first real shit
Wish I could really spill it all on a verse ain’t have no homies took a flight to the turf
Real shit still screaming free Roccy the first
You see who really got your best interest when times is the worst real shit
Still can’t leave this crazy life alone
Cause in the trap know I feel right at home
I told my momma know a change is coming
If I ain’t rap a nigga life be gone
(A nigga life be gone ... if I ain’t rap a nigga life be gone

Hook:
Tryn get us all better
We been through hard weather

Me n the judge be both know 4 letters
I’m screamin crip they gimme life
Tryna trap they give give me time damn
Think that’s the wrong letters
You screamin gang they give you life

Overall Meaning

The lyrics of "iv" by Hun reflect the artist's perspective on various aspects of his life, including his experiences in the music industry, his loyalty to his friends, and his ambitions for a better future. The song begins with a cautionary tone, expressing a hope that people won't approach him with ulterior motives, particularly those seeking a verse on a track. He reflects on the desperation seen on social media, where individuals are dying for attention and validation.

The hook emphasizes the shared struggle and the resilience of Hun and his community. They have faced difficult times, but have managed to endure and persevere through it all. The line "Me n the judge both know 4 letters" could be referring to the judgment and scrutiny that people from disadvantaged neighborhoods often face, as well as a subtle reference to the "Crip" gang affiliation.

In the verse, Hun reveals his principles and values. He refuses to compromise his integrity for the sake of money or fame and expresses his loyalty towards his friends by stating that he would never betray or abandon them. He reflects on the cyclical nature of life, observing how individuals can be trapped in destructive patterns, whether in the music business or on the streets. Despite the temptations, he finds solace in the love and support he receives from his fans. He also touches on the importance of surrounding oneself with genuine people who have their best interests at heart.

Hun acknowledges the challenges he has faced and the sacrifices he has made, such as leaving behind his hometown to pursue his dreams. He longs for a platform to express his experiences and thoughts fully, acknowledging the absence of close friends growing up while also expressing his desire for justice for his incarcerated friend, Roccy. The song concludes with a reflection on the duality of his life, where he finds comfort and familiarity in the trap but also strives for a better future through his music career.

That was intense! Red and Burgundy were easy peasy lemon squeezy!
But Orleans. Man. Not easy. The endless Palladins, Monks, Halbs from Orleans just was just much.
I spent all my resources to just manage and beat Orleans and to my horror - i see endless Roman blue units! Haha! I have never experienced that!
The Romans had some strange units i have never seen before - Legionary, Centurions. Had to regroup and then kill them all.
That was an epic map. Just EPIC!

@MauroFont21

So I'm playing this campaign, I just completed this scenario. With those three scouts it's very easy to take out Burgundy, that makes life much easier since Metz's rushes are a joke and Orléans attacks once or twice while you boom, build army and stuff. Anyways, thanks for the awesome content, it's been super helpful!

@wimpie133

My tactic was getting Orléans "under control", destroy their gates, build my gates instead, put some Castles inside Orléans and then: attack their town center. Better to keep off the Roman army behind walls :-)

@yubai1896

I don't know if something has changed. Metz will now advance to Imperial Age 30 minutes after game starts.

@Cra3ier

yes he will

@tunezmusic661

I remember the fist time play this campaign, this is truly one of the trickiest campaign i've ever play. But right now I completed just only 2 hours(yeah i'm very noob), even though i didn't remember everything about this campaign or blue army coming to attack.

@Sebo942

You can just defeat Burgundy right at the start of the game and they will ally with you. That makes it a lot easier. Wait for defeating Metz right until they get to imperial age

@niallyuxinxie3938

Oh my gosh, i just completed the scenario and it gave me hell when it comes to destroying Orleans THEN getting swarmed by blue. i had to build some military buildings just outside orleans and i killed blue soldiers with shitloads of cavalry archers.... oh gosh....

@parthaprotimbarua603

I just build three castles where they come through

@emilyding2496

@@parthaprotimbarua603 , agree, I camped two castles near the spawn. And with heavy civ archers in it, And it shredded them'
