It Starts With Alaska quickly grabbed the attention of northern California, alternating between headlining shows and supporting national tour packages, as well as a performance at the 2011 Vans Warped Tour. The band recorded a cover of " Everytime We Touch," which has amassed over 125,000 views on YouTube. It Starts With Alaska has also released a music video for their first single, "The Creature."
Between their constant performance schedule, the band completed writing and production of their record, Renewer. The EP features the band's signature sound, weaving both heavy and beautiful tones into their polished product. The banded ended in 2015.
