I immerse myself in your teachings, reading and contemplating your words as a source of guidance for my life. For example, I read Proverbs 11:18.

Watch how you sowing your seed
You remind me, Lord, to be mindful of how I live my life and the impact my actions have on others.

Come harvest that's what you'll reap
I understand that the way I live now will have consequences that I'll face later on - just as a farmer reaps what he sows.

Instill commandments in my heart Lord Holy Spirit guide me
I ask you, Lord, to plant your commandments deep in my heart and guide me through life with the help of the Holy Spirit.

Until the day I can't breath
I will follow your ways every day for the rest of my life, until the day I take my last breath on this earth.

You paid the price for me
You, Lord, took on the burden of paying for my sins and shortcomings on the cross.

You died on Calvary
You died on the cross, at Calvary, as payment for my sins.

You gave your life
You, Lord, gave up your physical life on this earth to save me and all of humanity.

For Me
All of the sacrifice and suffering you endured was for me and my salvation.

Your grace sufficient for me always new mercy for me
I trust in your boundless grace and receive new mercy daily from you.

Lord your powers projected at moments when weak
You, Lord, show me your strength and power in moments of weakness and vulnerability.

When I call on your name I know that I’m gone be delivered
I have faith that when I call on your name, Lord, you will rescue and deliver me from any difficult situation.

Situations show up in life now they got you disfigured
Life presents unexpected challenges and difficulties that can cause pain and suffering, just as you experienced on the cross, Lord.

My God said hold on remember
I remind myself to hold on and remember your promises, Lord, even in the midst of hardship.

That the righteous is not forsaken
I take comfort in knowing that you, Lord, will never abandon those who seek to live a righteous and faithful life.

That’s how we considered
This is our belief and understanding of your character, Lord.

Cause the blood of your son was shed
Your son, Jesus, shed his blood and died on the cross as atonement for our sins, Lord.

So that we could be living
Your sacrifice made it possible for us to have eternal life and a chance to live in fellowship with you, Lord.

A life sin free
Because of your grace and sacrifice, we have the opportunity to have a life free from the power of sin and shame, Lord.

Eternally
This life of freedom from the power of sin and shame extends into eternity with you, Lord.

Your love can never be severed
Your love, Lord, is strong enough to withstand any obstacle and can never be separated from us.

Lord I’m the sheep your the Shepard
I am your faithful follower, Lord, and you are my loving and protective shepherd.

Running to you your my refuge
I run to you, Lord, in times of trouble and find safety and shelter under your loving guidance.

I need your holy protection
I rely on your divine protection, Lord, to shield me from harm and evil.

Arm my with heavenly weapons
I ask you, Lord, to equip me with spiritual tools and weapons to fight against the forces of darkness.

Spiritually I am at war
I am in a battle on a spiritual level against temptation, distraction, and evil, Lord.

Evil desires they tempt me
I struggle with the temptation and allure of sinful thoughts and actions, Lord.

Lord promised me much more
I trust in your promise, Lord, that there is more to this life than what I can see and experience now.

So I’m choosing you
I choose to believe in you, Lord, to trust in your love and salvation.

Really you choose me
I recognize and appreciate that you chose me, Lord, to be your child and to receive your love and grace.

I offer heartfelt gratitude to you, Lord, for your love, sacrifice, and guidance in my life.
