You are a part of something greater than yourself, and that is why you feel at home in this nightmare.

I know this experience can be overwhelming, but I am hoping you are handling it well.

This is a part of our nature, and we must accept it and embrace it.

When we finally face the reality of our existence.

We sweat and laugh and scream here
We experience every emotion and release it freely in this place.
