Coming On Strong
Jane's Party Lyrics
Give me something to look at
Give me a page I can read
I think I lost my second language
But that remains to be seen
Give me a minute, just a second
Don't let it in so easily
When a mind is made to wander
But a heart could never leave
It's 'cause I let it get away from me
(It's 'cause I let it get away)
If you can't let go we can't move on
So just try again
Just try again
Try again
Try again
Try again
Try again
You said this city is a circus
You're dreaming rings of fire
You have a voice but you're no singer
You've got the spark but no desire
If I'm coming on too strong
It's 'cause I let it get away from me
(It's 'cause I let it ge away)
If you can't let go we can't move on
So just try again
(If I'm coming on too strong)
If I'm coming on too strong
It's 'cause I let it get away from me
(If I'm coming on too strong)
If you can't let go we can't move on
So just try again
(If I'm coming on too strong)
Ohh Oh Ohh
Ohh Oh Ohh
(If I'm coming on too strong)
Ohh Oh Ohh
Just try again
Just try again
Try again
Try again
Try again
Try again
Just try again
Oh oh ohh
Oh oh ohh

With dates such as The Halifax Pop Explosion, Toronto Indie Music Week, The International Pop Overthrow Festival, and feature performances at The Horseshoe and Hugh’s Room, the band has played over 100 shows alone in the past year in support of their full length album The Garage Sessions. The album was inspired by two independent tours of Northwest Ontario and Eastern Canada, winning over the hearts of anyone within earshot. The Garage Sessions captures the groups ability to compose feel good songs,"which are clean, direct and glowing with warmth" (John Sakamoto, The Toronto Star).
