Webley tours all over the world. He usually performs solo, but occasionally plays with his long-time band mates - Michael McQuilken, Jherek Bischoff and Alex Guy.
Webley used to stage a theatrical death every Halloween, only to resurrect on May Day of the following year, but in 2005 he discontinued the tradition, claiming he did not wish to die annually again. He owns a Toyota Corrolla, which he's altered and named "The Tomato" and he organized and ran Camp Tomato in April of 2005, with friends and fans known as Tomato Scouts ( in retaliation to the comment that he was a sadistic cult leader. ) Camp Tomato has since been a more or less annual event.

Wake up with echoes in my arms
Echoes in my arms make me empty
Make me empty
Make me empty
Make me empty
And a touch can make this old flesh new again
Yes, a touch can make this old flesh new again
Amen
Stand up old words are sticking to my lips
Stand up
Sticking to my lips
Sticking to my lips like ashes
Like ashes
Like ashes
Like ashes
And a touch can make this old flesh new again
Amen
Yes, a touch can make this old flesh new again
Amen
Amen
Amen
Amen
The lyrics to Jason Webley's song February Relaxing Her Fingers After a Brief Winter's Grip appear to be a reflection on the feelings of emptiness and weariness that can arise in the depths of winter. The singer describes "waking up with echoes" in their arms, suggesting a sense of loneliness and the lingering memory of past experiences. The repeated phrase "make me empty" reinforces this idea and speaks to the existential struggles that can accompany the long, cold days of February.
However, the song also offers a glimmer of hope in the idea that "a touch can make this old flesh new again." This line suggests a belief in the renewing power of connection, whether it be physical touch or emotional intimacy. The chorus, with its simple but powerful repetition of "amen," further underscores the spiritual dimension of this renewal.
Overall, the song seems to convey a powerful mix of melancholy and yearning, while also pointing towards a sense of possibility and renewal. It is a testament to Webley's ability to distill complex emotions into simple but resonant phrases.
