I used to treat my husband like this because I had a bigger job than his and earned more than him , this went on and on and he almost left me, my husband is a believer in Christ , he would stay up till late reading his Bible and when I would go to work I would find him doing the dishes, after some time I watched this movie ...I broke down into years first of all because of the song "while am waiting" I felt unworthy before God and my husband for all the filth I had done. But I went on mi knees and prayed and also went to my husband Tonny , in his room, I found him crying in pain, I knew I was the root of his sadness... I asked him to forgive me and we started over ...we are now very happy with 2 twins Jane and Joash...praise be to God for this movie for the message it portrays..👏

January 2021 -- I'm actually eating my dinner alone while listening to some Christian songs. All of a sudden, I became emotional. It feels like I was talking to God, I noticed my tears dropping. I didn't even think that a Holy Spirit would speak to me even while I'm just eating and listening casually. I quickly finish my plate then go to my room to pray. Lord, I will still wait on you though it's not an easy feat. You have already given me these talents, wisdom, wealth and patience. And I am still beholden to You. This song came out when I went through a separation and ultimately divorce. It carried me through that time. I prayed and begged God to change and heal my marriage. That did not happen. 12 years later the Lord has done so many amazing things in me and through me. I really don't think these things would have happened otherwise. Praise God!
My wife and I are in the same boat shevwants me to move out to give Her space. I'm praying daily seeking God's word. I'm broken but not scattered. It is heavily in part due to my boyish actions. I love her dearly and we have two beautiful children together. The thought of becoming that divorced dad kills me. I'm begining to take ownership for my actions and I'm praying God reveals himself to my wife nor in the trusted modern preaching way. I pray he reveals himself to her and she will get to a place where she sees him, hears him and truely follows him. Funny we thought we were doing it all right. Going to church, praying with our children etc. Yes those are great things but I was btoken inside as the leader of my home. I allowed that brokenness and my turning to a false idol adult films to create hostility. These are only some of the things that fall on me. Please pray that my wife will begin to see my changes heart, soul, mind body and spirit and that I am trying as hard as I ever have to be the leader my family needs.

I have listened to his song for a while and just sang the word but i didn't know what the meaning to them were. Until i stopped singing and just listened... after i listened I realized that you are on Gods schedule not yours. You have to wait patiently and things will happen when God wants them to happen. I discovered John Waller while I was on the way to the hospital. I heard his song "While I'm Waiting," and when I heard the verse "though it is painful, patiently I will wait" I KNEW God was speaking to me. It helped me to be patient and be strong until my health issues could be resolved. I still kept crying all the way to the hospital, but it wasn't just because of the pain by then, it was the knowledge that I wasn't alone. God moves us in mysterious, unexpected ways!

This is a beautiful song and it also applies to waiting for other broken relationships to heal, and also physical healing of the body. Some trials that we go through are so difficult it causes some people to lose their faith. God never promised a life without problems, but He did promise to walk with us and help us deal with pain. He can bring a "peace that passes understanding" as we walk through the fire. Thank you Jesus.

The Lord brought this song to my remembrance the other day. My waiting isn’t for my marriage, but taking care of an elderly parent. I don’t understand all I’m going through right now. I’ve tried to figure everything out and I’ve asked God many questions about this season in my life. God spoke to me and told me I’m in a season of waiting right now and he wants me to trust him in the waiting, so I will patiently wait for God to work in and through my life even though it’s not easy.
