Forget how well Carter finishes them and the exciting basketball on display, the 2000's Nets J-Kidd showed with athletes like Kenyon Martin, Jefferson and most notably VC here that utilizing the dunk could be one of the best sources of offense. You've got a guy who can throw any pass, and a guy who can catch any pass. Constantly beating defenses, on the break or in traffic... very interesting video to watch, and of course from a dunk fan, wow, they're ALL nice.

I think Wade and Lebron were a better duo. Once they got in transition and Lebron was hitting 3s there was nothing you could do but foul.

Oh, I miss the beautiful years of watching Vince with Toronto and New Jersey. I remember exactly where I was when I saw Kidd throw Carter that two-handed reverse pump alley-oop against Orlando. I was in the weight room at the Rio Sheraton in Rio de Janeiro. That's how big that play was. They were one of the best 1-2 combos in NBA history.

These 2 guys are by far the best alley-oop combo in NBA history. Best point guard with the best lobs being thrown to the best dunker in NBA history. Both #5 and #15 should be retired in Brooklyn.

MAMBA MODE I've alwAys said just that. I believe that VC did in fact play higher above the rim than MJ. Not to take anything away from him. But if you compare their highlights side by side. VC no don't jumped higher and dunked stronger than Jordan
