Jugando Con Kurt Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Qué es lo que voy a hacer
Ya he decidido
Qué es lo que voy a hacer
Deberías
Decidirlo tú también
Siempre te he dicho
Siempre te he dicho
Que tengo que seguir
Tú querrías
Que siguiese junto a ti
En mi habitación
No paro de pensar
En que el tiempo se nos va
En tu habitación
Me encargo de olvidarlo una vez más
Y ahora que sabes
Qué es lo que voy a hacer
Y ahora que sabes
Qué es lo que voy a hacer
Deberías continuar también
Deberías continuar también
Lo tendrías que entender
The lyrics of Jugando Con Kurt's song "Planeta RS" convey a sense of decisiveness and inner conflict within a relationship. The repetition of "Ya he decidido / Qué es lo que voy a hacer" reinforces the idea that the singer has made a firm decision about their future actions. There is a sense of urgency in these lines, suggesting that a crucial choice has been made and the singer is ready to move forward. The invitation for the listener to also make a decision adds a layer of introspection and prompts reflection on one's own path.
The lyrics also touch upon the theme of following one's own path despite external pressures or desires from others. The singer acknowledges that they have always communicated their need to continue on their own journey, even if it means leaving someone behind. The line "Tú querrías / Que siguiese junto a ti" conveys a sense of longing and conflict, highlighting the tension between personal aspirations and relational obligations. This theme of autonomy and independence resonates throughout the song.
The imagery of being in separate rooms - "En mi habitación / No paro de pensar / En que el tiempo se nos va / En tu habitación / Me encargo de olvidarlo una vez más" - evokes a sense of distance and contemplation. The singer grapples with the passage of time and the need to let go, perhaps hinting at the inevitability of change and growth. The contrast between thinking and forgetting, between individual reflection and shared experiences, adds depth to the emotional landscape of the song.
In the final verses, the singer addresses the listener directly, emphasizing the importance of understanding and acceptance in the face of diverging paths. The repeated call for the listener to continue on their own journey underscores the theme of personal agency and self-discovery. The closing lines - "Deberías continuar también / Deberías continuar también / Lo tendrías que entender" - carry a sense of resolution and mutual respect, suggesting that while paths may diverge, there is an underlying message of empathy and mutual support embedded in the lyrics.
