Falling apart
Justice League Lyrics

Is death truly that far away
Who can I ask for the answers
Is life worth all this pain
I'm falling apart
When will my rainbow start to glow
Can I just let my emotions go
No no forget it
I can work it out myself
What happened to all of life's meaning
Why was I put up on a shelf
Where do I go from here
I don't even know
Is life worth all this pain
Will I ever know
The lyrics of "Falling Apart" by Justice League touch upon themes of existential contemplation, inner turmoil, and a search for meaning in the face of adversity. The opening lines, "What's at the end of my rainbow / Is death truly that far away," evoke a sense of uncertainty and contemplation about the unknown future and mortality. The singer seems to be pondering the concept of death and questioning the significance of their existence. The mention of a rainbow can symbolize hope and the promise of a better tomorrow, but the uncertainty surrounding what lies at its end introduces a sense of doubt and fear.
The subsequent lines, "Who can I ask for the answers / Is life worth all this pain," suggest a deep sense of disillusionment and a quest for understanding amidst suffering. The singer seems to be grappling with profound existential questions about the purpose of life and whether enduring the pain and challenges that come with it is ultimately worthwhile. This introspective inquiry reflects a common human experience of grappling with the complexities of existence and seeking solace or guidance in the face of uncertainty and hardship.
The repeated refrain of "I'm falling apart / When will my rainbow start to glow" conveys a sense of desperation and longing for a positive change or a moment of clarity. The imagery of falling apart and waiting for the rainbow to glow implies a desire for renewal or a turning point in the singer's troubled state of mind. The use of vivid and emotive language underscores the intensity of the inner turmoil and the yearning for a sense of direction or resolution in the midst of chaos.
The closing lines, "Where do I go from here / Is life worth all this pain / Will I ever know," encapsulate the profound uncertainty and existential angst that permeate the song. The singer’s contemplation of the future and the value of their suffering reflects a universal struggle with finding purpose and meaning in the face of adversity. The lamentation over the inability to find answers and the persistent questioning of life's merits encapsulates a poignant exploration of the human condition and the perpetual quest for understanding and resolution in the face of life's challenges.

"Doing what is right" is so subjective when the people in power are determining "what is right".
@bravestraven4650
It isn’t always like that. But you’re mostly right. There’s usually a huge potential for “doing the right thing” to be subjective, when it comes to people with power. And I mean any person with power.
@TIMVAL1995
the people with the power determine whats right. thats how its always been even now. what fantasy world u living in?
@talonapex9775
@@TIMVAL1995they are given the power by the people they rule,
@SamtheBravesFan
"Doing what's right" is more easily understood when most everyone has the same norms and morals. It's when you get conflicting ones where things get messy.
@TIMVAL1995
@talonapex9775 but not in the case of naturally empowered beings like superman. His power is God given and thus the people did not give him his power. The natural order of the food chain is he rules over lesser beings the way we rule over animals
@kevin2714
It’s also interesting to think cause Aquaman is on Batman’s side, especially regarding deciding on laws. I think someone who rules over Atlantis has a lot more say over a warrior princess when it comes to ruling over others
@tanimation7289
In the games it was like that but I believe here it's more that Aquaman want's to be far from human affairs.
@younghex9577
If you think about it. Only the humans with out powers should make this decision. Because they would truly represent who they are policing, humans with no powers
@thomasbardoux1692
In a way, but as he said "the law of superman must not be the law of atlantis"
Allowing for a god like ruler means he'll risk his nation's sovereignty
