This theme as well as the mission "You Can Stop the Music" is a reference to the ear worm, where you constantly hear a catchy music in your mind that gets annoying and you can't stop thinking about it.
Even sometimes go as far as humming at the music you keep thinking of. This was actually going to be a feature during this mission where the Vault Hunters keep humming and sometimes singing this song due to the ear worm, but these voice lines were cut out from the game before this DLC were released. That's a shame.

Yeah it’s crazy upsetting once you realise how crazy pre sequel could have been if they didn’t withhold the weapons they did and got to implement the extra story and endgame content ( Iwajiras brothers, cut voice lines etc) as well as luxys space adventure we’d easily have a smoother and more enjoyable game than borderlands 2 and I’d say TPS is the perfect entry to the series
