Intezaar kab tak hum karenge bhala
Tumhe pyaar kab tak na karenge bhala
Zindagi do pal ki
Dil mein tumhare chhupa di hai maine to apni ye jaan
Ab tum hi isko sambhalo hume apna hosh kahan
Bekhudi do pal ki, zindagi do pal ki
Tumhe pyaar kab tak na karenge bhala
Ik chota sa vaada iss umar se zyada sachcha hai sanam
Har mod par saath iss liye rehte hain ab dono
Dosti do pal ki, zindagi do pal ki
Intezaar kab tak hum karenge bhala
Tumhe pyaar kab tak na karenge bhala
Zindagi do pal ki, zindagi
The song “Zindagi Do Pal Ki” sung by K.K. is a beautiful ballad that reflects the transience of life and the limitations of time when it comes to expressing love and cherishing relationships. The song begins with the singer questioning how much longer he can wait for his love and how much longer he can go without expressing his affection. The second verse speaks of the singer’s deep love for his partner, and how he has saved his heart for them alone. He pleads with them to take care of his heart, as he himself is lost in a state of intoxication, making him vulnerable. The final verse speaks of a promise that the singer has made to stay by his love’s side always, despite the ups and downs that life may bring. The song ends on a poignant note, with the singer questioning how long they will wait to express their love, as life is only but a fleeting moment.
Overall, the song “Zindagi Do Pal Ki” is a bittersweet reflection on the fragility of life, love, and relationships. It urges listeners to cherish the moments they have and to not take their loved ones for granted.

Therapy for soul.. this song used to be in my soft romantic playlist for a long time, but never realized until now that's its also from our very own God of Music.. KK !!
It's such an ethereal feeling that His songs made us to forget the world, even ignore the fact that who is singing and simply connect with oneself, one's innermost hidden self which is the safe locker house of most tender emotions !!
No other Singer's voice matches this unique ability to draw us to a state of trance like KK Sir. Each of the renowned singer, with their overpowering voice roars their presence.. the moment we start their song, the first thing that comes to mind is Oh woooow, it's Shanu.. it's Udit.. it's Sonu.. it's Arijit, it's Mohit, it's Armaan.. and so on.. We instantly recognize the singer, consciously admire their singing Prowess and of course hold all of them in very high regards and still the same continues. It ultimately becomes THEIR song, Their Superhits !
The KK experience is very different.. the moment we start hearing that unique soothing voice, we would loose ourselves.. forget the world and would get addicted to his songs in loops without even realizing that A Legend is singing who can simply mould himself to suit anyone, suit each one of US. We would be hypnotized and feel that we are listening to our own heart's voice.. such an ecstasy, such an agony, such an addiction.. we would simply immerse deeper and deeper into ourselves !! So ultimately it becomes OUR Voice, OUR Song, OUR ode to Life !!
That's the reason why, so so so many songs of His era, were forever in our playlists but it's Now we started realizing, who was, Sorry who IS the playback voice behind our Hearts !!
Such is the Magic of KK Sir, HE is a class apart, HE was never in the race, HE never needed to be, HE was never meant for Showbiz, HIS greatness is far above the reach of petty awards, he is simply Incomparable.. for.. HE was made to leave Rock-solid legacy of just Pure Music which his countless fans all over the world will worship for the rest of their lifetimes!
