I used to be a fan as well! She's completely changed ever since she met MGK which is a huge red flag to me. From they way she dressed, all the new plastic surgery and the new values she portrays in the media. I'm not against plastic surgery at all, don't get me wrong. I totally had a relationship like this. It was all consuming and draining of my identity. There is no way to see the toxicity and trauma bonding even after you're out of it for a while. I was entirely convinced it was real love and would do literally anything for them no matter how crazy because I could rationalize and justify it in ways that made sense but I could not admit were incredibly unhealthy. Turns out he's a psychopath and the intoxicating "soul mates" aspect of the relationship was just his ability to mirror my own personality and desires from someone back to me. It is exhausting and she may never actually come to realize she is being held down by this or see how unhealthy it all is but all that delusion won't last forever.

10 years I spent with my husband and it almost killed me.
That all consuming “love” isn’t always actually love. It’s obsession. And then later turned to spite and hate.
We got married 3 years after dating.
Went to Vegas with his best friend and his fiancé. Who we’re getting married along side us.
I pushed the time back 3 different times that day, didn’t get married til like 11pm. Something in me was telling me not to go through with it. I stood there facing him and he shed tears, while I didn’t during the vows. I knew then. But I loved him and I brushed it off as “things will get better” but they actually got worse after we got married. I was stupid for going through with it and staying by his side for years. All he did was break me down and consume me. Like a vampire feeding off of me. Until I had nothing left to give him, nothing left for him to take.

As an addict (been clean 16 years now) I found that many of us NEED excitement to distract us from the pain. No addict becomes an addict because it sounds like a blast losing everything and everyone dear to you...we use to numb ourselves. Something like 80% of addicts have other mental disorders; in my case I am manic depressive and became addicted to pain pills after losing my baby at 6 months due to a chromosomal defect (she couldn't survive outside my womb and had a huge growth on her head). Which btw if this happened NOW instead of in 2004 I'd be forced to give birth to her and watch her die a slow agonizing death (here in red Ohio). But anyways I was always the one to try new things for the thrill of it. In my teens in San Antonio my friends and I would cross a huge railroad trestle so we could lay under the tracks in a limestone cave and watch the train fly by over us while tripping on acid. I always buy a season pass to cedar point because the bigger the coaster the better.

I'm studying for my addiction counseling degree and know a LOT about addiction after all these years just from personal experience and from studying addiction on my own time. Machine gun Kelly is likely an addict; our brains don't mature when you're using regularly so it's not uncommon for addicts to be way behind on maturity. Its crazy how that works but addicts, unless in treatment, are stuck at the maturity level they started using at

@Dre X he might be stuck there emotionally. It's called arrested development (not the show I dislike how the show makes light of a devastating psychological illness). If something traumatic happens to you when you are young or if you take d*ugs very young it pretty much freezes you emotionally at that age. So physically and intellectually you become an adult but emotionally you are still 11 or 5 or 14. Trauma does literal damage to the brain of a child. When you see grown adults throwing temper tantrums like a child that is what is happening. They don't have the tools to deal with their emotions in a healthy way so they behave like a child with the emotional regulation and coping skills of a child. I think he is permanently stuck emotionally as an 11 year old

The scariest part of this is that they are playing into the worst romanticized trauma that is super popular amongst tumblr/fanfiction/tik tok pov’s aka content geared towards kids/teens.

People like megan and mgk are super influential with that age group and they are promoting that awful mindset that abuse is just deep unbreakable love.

Edit: to be clear I’m talking about the kidnapping stories, serial killer fics, creepy abusive tik tok fantasies ect we see teens loving all over the internet.

Some people are incredibly incredibly mentally ill, traumatized and unhealed but because they’re famous and beautiful people don’t realize they’re just children who are on a really dark and confused path and they’re completely lost spiritually. I do think they deserve compassion but it’s actually sad when you feel it for what it is. They’re completely broken souls and they don’t understand the meaning of love. I’m sorry to say but I actually hope they find healing because underneath everything there’s something very empty there. Speaking from knowledge of psychedelics, I believe it’s 100% possible she was in her own hell. To describe what that’s like is pretty impossible but it sounds like she attached to some sort of negative energy. And it’s not that she’s there for eternity, but it feels like that. Ayahuasca lasts for hours so to be in such a low vibrational place for that long can absolutely feel like hell. The poignant part that she mentioned was surrendering to the experience. When you surrender, you’re still going through an unpleasant experience, but you’re not fighting it. And that’s the key to understand your own process

I would love a follow up vid on her relationship with Brian Austin Green. Hear me out. I was a fan of both Megan and MGK separately and was happy when they first got together, but I have thoughts. Megan was deeply sexualized as a minor and if I can recall Brian Austin Green pursued Megan when she was still a minor or maybe knew her when she was a minor and then pursued her when she hit legal age. She was with him from a very young age and I think she is acting out due to her losing that part of her youth to an older man. MGK on the other hand was actually a talented rapper but imo never reached that level of fame and recognition that he wanted, so now they’re both full on adults and he is doing what he would feels he missed out on when he was younger on the fame side of things. They imo are both trying to recapture something they thing they missed in their halcyon days of pure youth (late teens, early 20’s).
I do actually think they are in love but they are going wild and need to settle into the relationship. They aren’t children and my only beef is their target audience is kids MGK especially, so even if their love is true, these snippets of their relationship could be harmful to kids with how they are openly discussing blood letting for the sake of love.

If I were MGK, I will heat with Megan at first to show I am better than his husband but will slowly get bored with her when she gets divorced because no challenge left. Ayahuasca experiences are incredibly hard to explain especially because most of it is felt instead of seen, at least in my experience. I have felt a hell-like way during ceremony, not that I was in THEE hell but definitely dark, evil, death type vibes. I think this is what she was trying to explain and while a lot of the things they talk about are… odd, this is actually a sacred practice. Her saying death of ego is completely accurate, again I’m my experience.

Alright. There's tons of red flags to their relationship aside from this, but... ugh. I'm a type 1 diabetic, I was diagnosed at 6 years after being in a coma and nearly dying. The doctors in the early 90s didn't have any care for how they spoke to a young child. My whole life became about sugar, blood, numbers, and how close I was to death at all times. It became part of my psychology, and as a teen when vamps with Buffy etc got popular, shrug. It's not that far fetched for pretty normal people to have a kink for blood, it doesn't make them monsters. None of my exes have ever considered it unhealthy though unusual, whether they indulged that kink or not.. Consent is also a thing.

However I do think once they break up she's going to cringe about a lot of things.

There's a reason Megan "went to hell" when she did ayahuasca. The ayahuasca forces you to see who you are down to your core. She most likely had a malevolent experience because she is doing blood magic and living in an ungodly way. The ayahuasca can make people snap out of their bad habits and way of thinking if they're open to changing themselves but clearly she revels in sin just like MGK does.

i don't know why more people haven't brought up one of the most concerning things about them which is MGK's song "sid & nancy" about their relationship. if you know anything about the real case of sid vicious from the band the s*x pistols and nancy spungen (RIP nancy) you'd be aware it's nothing to be romanticized. it's a tragedy. and if i were megan after hearing that, i wouldn't walk, i'd run. those lyrics told me everything i need to know about their dynamic. one thing's for sure, if it ends, i know it's gonna end catastrophically and i'd worry for megan's safety.
