Yeah yeah, yeah yeah yeah
(Ayo Wavy where you at nigga, yes sir!)
Making up problems
And you're always trynna start sumn'
Blowing up when you said you're fine
See it's the worst part of my night
You make my energy change in an instance
But you never notice the difference, no
See, I really thought you were different
But I was just another victim, I was just another
Let's take a break for a minute
Feel like the walls could fall at any minute
But I know you love it when I'm in it
Hit your line, tell you I'm on the way
Right away
Girl you know you're my baby
But you been driving me crazy
Send a message to my phone when you miss me
But never present when you're with me
Oo, yeah your energy is finicky
Yeah it's feeling kinda wishy-washy
When you're gone I be right in my zone
But girl I can't leave you alone
Girl you take me out of my element (Element, element)
Girl you take me out of my element (Element, element)
You take me out of my element (Element, element)
Girl you take me out of my element, my element (Element, element)
My element
If you need me you know I'd come right away
Cause there's not much I wouldn't do
See I'm a victim to your drugs that's rushing in my veins
Whatever you want girl you know imma get it
Cause it's no problem, Bentley or diamonds
If I'm being honest
Wish it was perfect timing
Clocks not stopping, running out of options
Drop that pin like I drop that top
(We) finna get it poppin' yeah
Keep going back to my vices
Feel like I'm driving dirty with no license, yeah
Let's take a break for a minute
Feel like the walls could fall at any minute
But I know you love it when I'm in it, yeah
Send a text, you know I'm on the way
Right away, yeah
Girl you know you're my baby
But you been driving me crazy
Oo, send a text when you miss me
But never present when you're with me
Oh, yeah your energy is finicky
Yeah it's feeling kinda wishy-washy
When you're gone I be right in my zone
But girl I can't leave you alone
Girl you take me out of my element (Element, element)
You take me out of my element, yeah (Element, element)
You take me out of my element, yeah (Element, element)

Girl you take me out of my element, my element (Element, element)
My element

Overall Meaning

The lyrics of L.M.Y.E's song "Elements" explore the ups and downs of a turbulent relationship, where the singer is constantly struggling to find balance and stability. The song begins with the singer expressing frustration at their partner's tendency to create problems and start arguments, even when things seem fine. Despite the strong emotions and energy changes that their partner brings, the singer is still drawn to them and finds it difficult to stay away. They acknowledge that their love for their partner makes them willing to do anything for them, even if it means compromising their own well-being.

Throughout the song, the singer struggles to reconcile their conflicting emotions and desires. They find themselves going back to their partner time and time again, even though they know they'll be hurt in the end. The chorus repeats the phrase "Girl you take me out of my element," a phrase that can mean both that their partner takes them out of their comfort zone and that their partner, in a sense, removes the qualities or traits that define them. The lyrics are full of contradictions and complexities, which reflect the complexities of relationships themselves. Overall, the song is a poignant reflection on the difficulty of navigating relationships that are both intensely emotional and deeply problematic.

Great information! I seem to need a lot of magnesium supplementation even with eating a plant-based diet (mostly raw). It take magnesium malate during the day since it has an energizing effect, magnesium glycinate sometimes at night, and potassium/magnesium aspartate or taurate when I get too much sodium. It really does take a strategic approach, and careful monitoring to be successful, but there is a big payoff when it's done right.

Can you speak to magnesium's effect (glycinate) on POTS, if any?
I've been taking 500mgs of mag glycinate at bed no less than five days a week for about three months (in lieu of Xanax to stave off panic attacks - successfully), and in that time my POTS symptoms have become worse and almost constant. It's totally possible the two are completely unrelated, but I can't think of anything tangible that coincides with my symptoms getting worse.

@Dr. Lam Coaching Thank you for your response.

Magnesium is great for calming, not sure if it's related to the POTS symptoms worsening as there could be multiple etiology. Like congestion. If you would like, call our office at 626-571-1234 for a free initial consultation so we can get a comprehensive look at your issues.
