As of 2015, she's put out 9 mixtapes. In her words: "I grew up around music. My mum used to play a lot of reggae like Sister Nancy and Bob Marley around the house so basically, when I was around six, I was messing about and doing my own little raps and songs. My family are all rappers and singers anyway so I was always involved in it from a young age."

Lady Leshurr Lyrics

You really do not know
So imma show them,
lalalalalala I'm screaming
lalalalalala
I can't hide it
i'm too excited
I'm screaming lalalala
The lyrics to Lady Leshurr's song "Lalala" convey a message of taking ownership of one's own success and expressing it in a vocal and confident manner. The repetition of the phrase "You really do not know" is likely directed towards those who doubted Lady Leshurr's abilities and her potential for success. Instead of dwelling on these doubts, she takes action to "show them" what she's capable of. The repeated use of "lalalalalala" conveys excitement and jubilation, as if Lady Leshurr is reveling in her own accomplishments and expressing a sense of joy and triumph.
The lyrics suggest that Lady Leshurr feels like she cannot contain her excitement and needs to externalize it through her music. She exclaims that she "can't hide it" and that she's "too excited" to keep her emotions to herself. In this way, the song can be seen as an anthem for self-expression and self-celebration, as Lady Leshurr encourages listeners to embrace their own unique talents and vocalize their success.
