Le Loup Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
your voice is sweet as a golden bell
In the song Golden Bell by Le Loup, the singer addresses a woman named Kelsey Emma, complimenting her sweet voice, which he compares to a golden bell. The use of this metaphor suggests that her voice is not only pleasant to hear, but also has a vibrant and ringing quality. The image of a bell also carries a religious connotation, as church bells were traditionally used to call people to prayer or mark important events. This could suggest that the singer views Kelsey Emma's voice as something sacred or transcendent.
The rest of the lyrics in the song are obscure and difficult to interpret. However, the repetition of the phrase "we're gonna ring it out" could suggest a sense of making the most of life, or perhaps a call to action to seize opportunities and fulfill one's potential. The use of "we" instead of "I" indicates a sense of togetherness or community. Overall, the song Golden Bell is a mysterious and poetic ode to the beauty of sound and the power of human connection.
